Always great service. Employees try very hard to be courtesy and get your food in a timely manner to you. I did stop using delivery just cause of employee shortage everywhere, delivery drivers are very scarce so it take 1-2 hrs to get. But I love this location
Horrible service the manager on duty @5:24 pm 01/26/2022 has the nerve to offer me 5 dam dollars after ordering 33.50 for two pizzas and wings because they didn't put sauce on my wing!!! this hepher said they need to be shook girl look if I pay you that amount of money you shake them!!!!! Then she tried to talk over me you can't sorry not sorry....I knew I should have chose papa John's...y'all always have poor service...and the pizza always half fixed...
My food was ready very fast. The order was accurate. The staff were friendly. The food tasted great. It was an all around win.
Who ever was the cook tonight did fantastic and I am sure I know, but wanted to say that the cook there is amazing!!!
To make my pizza correctly. When it says “no onions” that doesn’t mean to put 3 times as many as a normal order.
The chicken alfredo was extremely lacking in the cheese too many of the noodles were just plain. Only redeeming thing was the ranch but having to pay extra for that was a bummer, .70 for a small container is quite overpriced.
The delivery took longer after i got a text saying it was on the way. It was 30 mins later when it arrived and it was cold.
Chose to order a pizza through PH cause the app said 30-40 min. They don’t have a pizza tracker like Papa John’s does. However, I like, or should I say LIKED, the fact it showed you how long of a wait before you order your pizza. Papa John’s doesn’t tell you that your order is going to be 2 hrs or more until after you order. So fast forward 45 min I show up to get my pizza, and the girl up from says I still have 31 minutes left on my order…..Wait? I’m 5 min past the longest time of 40 min and it’s still 31 minutes from being done…just one original crust pizza? Those take 10-15 min to bake. I understand there’s other orders ahead of me, but your app needs to reflect this or the manager on duty needs to keep the kids from playing around like they were when I arrived and get their butts to work.App is prob has time estimates based upon orders and standard productivity rates, not kids playing around.
My pizza was still raw. The crust was completely doughy and not done at all.
It would have been nice had my food been brought out after it was done. Instead of making me wait in front of the store for another 10 minutes. I even gave a $3 tip, which I now want back.
