I have shown up 2 times this week to try to buy a pizza and both times they closed early. When I showed up today they had a sign up with new hours and it was 1.5 before closing but I opened door and lights were off and nobody was their. The losers that were their must have left early and left door unlocked. This place has issues and I wouldn't even trust eating the food because they probably don't care about ensuring the food is safe. This was my last time visiting this dive! Just close it for good and quit wasting peoples time!
I used to love Papa Murphys, past few times I was disappointed. This time, we literally threw it away.
Ordered a few pizzas tonight. Got there waited 25 mins in the lobby (when the restaurant was dead) not a single other customer came while I was there. No one greeted me. They didn't notice I was there until my 3 year old got impatient and loud. Went to the disgusting restroom while I waited. Watching my order sit on the to go cart I might add the entire time I was there. I was completely off put from ever returning to this location. I've been eating papa murphys for over 10 years. This is the dirtiest location I have ever been in. Highly recommend someone from corporate office step into this store.
Better value than traditional pizza places. I don't mind baking at home, at least it's fresh and hot.
The ordering and delivery were fine however I had ordered the Friday specials, one cheese and one sausage. I received cheese and pepperoni. Disappointing that such a simple order and it is not correct!
No salads available to go with pizza. Couldn't or didn't make any, have to wait until more tomorrow.Its dinner time 5pm. No salads??
They were randomly closed an had employee walking in an out in front of me so I'm assuming something was wrong but normally good
I go here quite frequently And all of a sudden they don't have fresh salads anymore So I will not be returning What a shame and no pride in people's work anymore

Tried calling from my car to place order. Was put on hold for 5 min. Hung up and called again Put on hold for 9.8 min. I arrived at store while still on hold and 1 customer was being waited on,, asked why I was still on hold and she said we had gotten busy. Very rude girl Asked for manager and said they were not there. Gentleman that made my pizza was very polite and friendly. Pizza is in oven and I know it will taste good.
