Seems like everytime I do a even hours drive through the order is done wrong.Can ask for a plain hamburger for a kid and they load it down. Ask for cheese and pickles only and they put everything on it.Paid for additional sauce but didn't get any.The morning crew is good.the evening crew, not so much.
This McDonald’s is not community friendly. Teachers in Rutherford County received a flyer for a free iced/hot medium coffee valid up until today all day. A co-worker (teacher) left school today so excited to go get her coffee. They would not honor the flyer ? They said they didn’t do that. She showed them the flyer and her school ID and they still said no….she paid for her coffee and left. Meanwhile, another Co-worker went to McDonald’s in Murfreesboro at the corner of Thompson LN and Memorial and they not only gave her a free coffee they UPSIZED It!! Way to support teachers Murfreesboro McDonald’s!! Shame on you McDonald’s at Almaville RD near I-24!! You all get an “F”!! No wonder you all have such bad reviews ??
I work for Door Dash so I rely on a quick turnover while maintaining a smile with a positive attitude, quick thinking, and safe driving(driving in TN itself is a full-time Job) My issue is, everytime I walk into the establishment it's as if I magically turned myself into a ghost. Employees standing around talking, playing on there phones, eating behind the counter right where customers can see. And with the slight chance they do help their attitude towards you is as if you had just asked them to borrow $10. McDonald's just because you have a $1.00 menu doesn't mean you have to have $1.00 employees serving us. Y'all can do better ¡¡¡
There was an incident that occurred in the parking lot today. All 8 of your employees on duty, including your manager, were outside screaming at an elderly man, who had gotten into a fender bender with a McDonald’s employee. There behavior was disgusting and unprofessional and every single one of them deserves to be fired. We have contacted the McDonald’s corporate office and will go from there. We also contacted the manager on duty this evening who continued screaming at me and refused to give me the name of the individual who owns this McDonalds. She hung up on me several times.
Great place to stop and take a break from driving. Huge, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It was easy to place our order and it came quickly. It was prepared as expected and it did not disappoint us. The restrooms are also huge. Again, chain quality food in an excellent facility.
Sloppy with condiments on double burger deluxe. Didn't get lettuce and tomato on deluxe. Sprite needed changed, got only carbonation. $20+ could have been better spent somewhere else.
Worst McDonald's ever. Our order was incorrect. The crispy chicken sandwiches were not crispy. The breading and bun on 1 was soggy as if reheated in a microwave. On another the chicken was dried out. The third was a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular as requested. Even the fries were subpar, as if they were cooked in old oil. My husband and I didn't finish our food and our stomachs were unsettled later. I thought I was going to hurl.
I hate the most about McDonald's, they're ALWAYS slow slow slow. I mean I don't understand why the line isn't moving at a decent speed when y'all are fully staffed and ready for the rushes. It's ridiculous. I don't know which restaurant is worst on speed of service McDonald's or Wendy's? I would love to see the polls on that. Instead of competing on chicken sandwiches, let's do a contest on speed of service. That should be a goal to accomplish. But the food is always good at this location.
I am all over Rutherford county in a tow truck. Of all the McDonald’s in the county this is the best! The employees are ALWAYS FRIENDLY. The place is always clean. The ice cream machine always works! The bathroom is always nice. I will literally drive from Murfreesboro to Almaville rd just to eat at this particular McDonald’s!
If I could rate them zero I would. It took 45 minutes to receive the wrong order and when I try to bring that to their attention they wouldn’t take the wrong food back and when the manager handed the child working in the drive-through my food she made the motion to shoo me out of the way. Maybe if everybody that was working inside of the dining room wasn’t drinking milkshakes and hanging out like it was in between classes it wouldn’t take 45 minutes with three people in line
