I give a three score because this is not the only McDonald's I have been to in the last four months that have exactly the same issue? Are the fries now flashed cooked? It seems as though the fries go from the hopper, into the basket and placed in hot oil to get a quick heat to them and then pulled out. Some are still as cold as the cold in Antarctica. Well, use to you could call and actually talk to someone. I called and the only thing I heard was, "sorry the voicemail is full". Might as well eliminate the land line.On May 06th, 2022, I stopped in this location to get some fries. Upon entering, I saw a few guys standing there, basically loitering. After I placed my order, one of the guys started reaching over and proceeded to ring up his order, all while the teenager working the register allowed him. Another guy asked the same kid to put more caramel sauce in his frappe after having contact with the drink. I called and let the manager in LaVergne know what happened because the manager had her hands full.
I set up an online virtual interview on 3/23/22 @ 12:15pm. There was some confusion on the time so it never happened. Store Manager Alexis wanted me to come in this morning at 9am. I went and answered all her questions with a very good attitude and she answered mine the same. Very polite. Amazing customer service. Alexis already knew what I was there for when I walked in the door. Gave me the job right there on the spot. She even sent my onboarding information to me right then & there. It was waiting for me when I got back home on my computer to fill it out. Wasn't expecting that. I thought she was going to tell me that she would call me back early next week but NO. Every other interview I have had in the past month...they have either said they would call me back & never did, or the hiring manager was late so I would leave. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEXIS. I was very nervous today but I think I handled my interview with much confidence. Can't wait to start in a week.! This is a very great place of people from what I saw this morning and every crew member was very communicative with each other. Very fast paced. Alexis cares about her future employees enough to get them in and out the door with these interviews. Some people have just left me hanging...but not Alexis. :) :) :)
The young man at the window didnt ring my order up correctly, causing me to be over charged. They didnt answer the phone when I called, and the manager refused to refund me. Also the food wasnt hot.
The cheeseburgers were good ? and the French fries were to...... But what is it with the large fries???You still get the Big Red holder your so accustomed to getting!!But the fries themselves, it's a disappointment!! Is McDonald's afraid they're going to give you toooo many fries??Come on guys, you charge extra for this and you charge extra for that. You more than make up for those fries you put in the large fries container.When I order a large FF, give me a full container.If I had wanted a small order of FF, I would have placed my order that way!Geez. ?
Usually I can give them 5 stars. Tonight my husband was given a completely different order than we got, then the person cooking the quarter pounder patties didn't fully cooked them. Tried to call back the second time realizing I have rawness in my burger and couldn't get an answer .
Cold and rotten tasting food!!! And it was busy so you know that's bad first thing in the morning. That was the worst I've ever eaten in my life if it wasn't it was damn near.
Beware they charge you more and don't tell you!!!! I dont really eat out at fast food places and just bc I had a friend get into a bad car wreck. I decided to stop to feed my kids bc it was too late to cook. I ordered 3 meals and I never got asked if I wanted them upsized or nothing was said to me. I did not check until I got home which is my fault. They upsized every meal I got without my permission and did not tell me they did that. That is considered theft. I'm sorry I won't go back there. I have tried to call multiple times and it goes straight to voice mail and it just so happens that it is full and you can't leave a message apparently I'm not the only one they got over on!!!
Looking for a dime in place to eat. After checking a couple others we found the dining area was open. We were pleasantly greated. We placed our orders and drinks wet served before we sat down. The dinning area was clean and well stocked with condiments. Our orders were called out and picked up at counter. Food was hot and fresh. Good dinning experience.
Ordered a childs 6 pc chicken nugget meal. Didn't ask if she wanted any sauce, I ordered a mocha frappe he said a Carmel frappe.... No mocha frappe. Didn't get a straw or any napkins in the bag. People this isn't rocket science..... I hate fast food places anymore. If it wasn't for my granddaughter I wouldn't go. For what you pay, what quality you get you're better going to a restaurant.
I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt because I don't really hold McDonald's to a high standard. Basically if it comes to me and isn't messed up then I don't really complain. However this place has constant issues. I can't tell you how many times I've had orders wrong from this place whether it's from drive-thru, curbside pickup or doordash. I just got an order for nuggets now and do gave me two small drinks and when I pointed it out he's told me that no these were new cups despite clearly saying small on the side. There's only so much leeway I can give a place and the only reason this gets two stars instead of one is because at the end of the day it's just McDonald's.
