Food was delicious - properly cooked, well seasoned! We had the shrimp appetizer and the porterhouse with asparagus and brussels sprouts with a house salad for the main course. The kids had the cheeseburger and chicken tenders off the kids menu and both were more than they could eat and they loved it! This was our first time at Longhorn in MANY years and I'm so glad we gave it another try - we were very impressed! The service was really good as well, polite staff and quick service. Thank you for a great dinner!
Considering they had been wiped out the day before on Mother's day and short of staff which is MOST of American NOW ..I'd definitely say a 4 outta 5! Our great server if they were out of something she wouldn't get nervous ..she knew the menu well enough to suggest a replacement that fit perfectly! I absolutely love this festraunt! The service is? Always Courteous and Helpful and the cooks do an Amazing job! You definitely get your money worth!
Came tonight after so many great experiences here in the past 16 years. It all changed due to obvious staffing issues like everyone else. Ordered medium and medium rare. See photo! Salads were sparse and overall bad. Manager had a chip on his shoulders (staffing). Can’t blame him entirely but he is the captain. Other steak houses will be visited next time.Update:The manager remade the order and as usual it was great. Corporate contacted me and were friendly and stood behind their brand which speaks volumes. Renewed faith and will certainly return.
We were there early (4:30) so there was no wait. Our server was Jennifer and she was incredible! She was attentive and helpful with our questions. I had the New York strip and it was PERFECT AND TASTY! The sirloin was also excellent!Thank you for a very enjoyable night out!
It was early in the week, so not too crowded, plus I sat at the bar and ordered dinner. The bartender was great and looked after my needs perfectly. He had a relaxed attitude and I could tell he enjoyed working there. That alone says a fair bit about the place.I ordered a ribeye as medium and what I got was spot on perfect. Great seasoned taste.I'll definitely be coming back my next work trip to the area.Oh, if you like but brown ales, they have Blackstone Nut Brown Ale and it's good. Give it a try. Depending on your taste, you just might like it.
I really love Longhorn, but last times every second steak has to be send back (I like medium rare, it comes as rare)
My wife and I went to Longhorn in Smyrna,Tn., On Saturday evening. We had the best waitress her name is Brooks,she was spot on with everything. If you go to longhorn ask for Brooks,she is absolutely the best. And our food was great too.
Only negative comment I have is the entire place smells like pee. The food was above expectations, dinner for two with the biggest steaks they had plus everything else we wanted was $135 with a good tip. Very satisfied
Food was great. Our server Brook was amazing. The hostess sucked! They need to stop smoking dope at break time and maybe they could do job correctly.
We had cold potatoes and cold broccoli but the server made it right immediately! Steaks and pork chops were delicious and our server was THE best. Looking forward to the next time.
