Unbelievably incompetent staff. Host was incompetent, informed me he had no idea where their curbside pickup area was. Took an hour to prepare a family to go order only to bring it out and tell me that they were out of half of it. Server rubbed and scratched at her right eye for what seemed like an eternity and I was completely grossed out but continued to wait patiently. Ordered a family meal to go as a convenient way to feed my family, but it ended up ruining the entire evening. I asked for a refund and there was no apology, just attitude about how it was going to take the manager "a few more minutes" because she had to complete the refund in the back office. I had time to warn about 8 people that had been waiting to be greeted while I waited for my refund. I can't believe this place is in business. I picked up bread and peanut butter on the way home happy I didn't have to eat the food that was prepared by the server who rubbed her eyeball forever before bagging up my to go order. I have 10 years experience working in a restaurant and I can't even believe how bad this experience was. One star is too many.

Over the years sadly Logan’s has went down when it comes to quality of food & service. I know how hard it is since Covid to find help more less GOOD help. So I try and take that in consideration. But when you get rude & slow service with not so good food, just makes it where it’s not first place you go. I haven’t been back in few months, since last few times we went it wasn’t good food wise nor service. But in past it’s always been good. I do think they need to update menu and get some new items as it’s same ol’ menu for awhile. They use to have limited time offers but last few times in past we went there wasn’t anything new. Their ribs are always good that I will say! The rolls of course are great, that’s if you can get server to bring them out hot. Most of the time they will be fresh and hot.

The best thing about this visit was the server. Judy was great and friendly. The table was wobbly and should not be used as it might add to the risk if a tipped drink. For an appetizer I ordered the fried mushrooms. What arrived was various pieces of mushroom in a very crispy breading. I think there was only one whole mushroom with stem in the entire serving. My wife ordered a burger no bun, I ordered the country fried steak, sweet potato and Logan's rice. I asked for extra gravy and butter. When the food arrived the burger had the bun (I guess that is also on our server who should have caught that) and was ever so slightly cooked more than requested, and the steak which had minimal gravy. The extra gravy was a tiny condiment cup. In my history, country fried steaks should be smothered. Somewhere along the line, everyone seems to be convinced that gravy is a bad thing and should be used sparingly. Sad since the gravy was the best thing on my plate (next to the natural sweet potato). The rice had a flavor to me that resembled reconstituted dehydrated carrots. I hate wasting food, but I left it behind. The steak itself was overly salty (to me), I guess as compensation for lack of salt in the gravy, but to me it ruined the gravy because to me the gravy was perfect. Flavored great, creamy and with just enough pepper to hold up it's name. So to recap: country fried steak-too salty for me; burger-good; sweet potato-good; fried mushrooms-lackluster; waffle fries (not pictured)-good; rice-disgusting; service-great.

Terrible service. Told waiting time was 20 to 25 minutes. After 45 min wait went in to see what was wrong they were seating people that just came in. Will not be going back

Placed my order for the teriyaki chicken with 2 extra pieces of pineapple, Baked beans, and coleslaw. When it finally got to my table I only had 2 total pieces of pineapple, No baked beans, And the server that brought it to us argued with me. I asked to speak to the manager and he assured me he would redo the order and have it back in 7 to 8 minutes the way I wanted. 12 minutes later it arrives completely wrong again. 3 pieces of pineapple on top of my teriyaki chicken butt with mashed potatoes and broccoli awkwardly. How can you screw up something that much?!I have had nothing but bad luck from Logan's Roadhouse in Smyrna and will not be going there again

staff was excellent and the cocktail were off the chain. Food is excellent also

15-20min wait turned in to 1hr, our server Judy was great but the cooks and table servers where terrible. Brought 3 wrong orders to our table for another table. One order came out for warm, then mine also warm. We could here then ask for another order of ours saying no not buffalo this is wrong its supposed be be BBQ wings couple min later warm BBQ wings, my wife's order still hasn't come out kids ate. 10min later we just asked for boxes to go and then they brought out half of her order! Waited another 5min or so for some idk what they were called kinda shrimp but not what she ordered...we just left...server great, rest of staff terrible but now that I think about it maybe everyone was terrible cause of so many messed up orders at out tables an others around us...definitely will not be going back!!

If I could rate 0 stars I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! This was far most the worse experience I have experienced in my life. We waited an hour to be seat (given) we waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for our food outside of the hour wait time. NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY to tell us that they were short on cooks and only had two until I asked to speak to the manager. Then when they brought my food out all they brought out was a steak no sides or anything. When the waitress finally came back around I asked her about my sides and the kids food she said she would check and never came back. After waiting 10 minutes or more I finally went up there to inquire about my kids food. They had not made it or anything.I felt like they should have given us a heads up that it was short on cooks and that it would be awhile. When I told the manager that he told me that the guy that worked the front he be big and look like an adult buy he a kid so he don't know and that he barely speaks English. I advised him that the waitress could and should have made us aware. She never refilled our drinks we had to go to the bar ourselves and ask.Horrible place!!

We had a party of 25 people that showed up last night after a memorial service. Not only did they agree to accommodate us, they gave us excellent service and the food all came out quickly and perfectly! We would like to give special recognition to Walter, who was literally walking out the door when we called to see if they could take our large group, which he agreed to clock back in and take care of us. He was perhaps one of the most professional servers and so personable and accommodating to us. I was very impressed how he was able to split the bill into individual tabs for each person so smoothly and quickly! His service was impeccable and he was such a delight! Thank you Walter for caring about your customers!

It speaks volumes that you care enough to check your reviews. Food was good, the only issues I had were that although I'm not a social distance crusader but when I was in the restaurant wasn't busy at all but everyone was seated next to eachother so we could easily hear the customers in the next booths conversation and every time they moved we felt it on the back of the seat there were plenty of empty tables and booths to have put a buffer between everyone. Our drinks ran empty and we had to remind the server to bring the rest of our sides. I do understand people get overwhelmed but he seemed experienced and as I said the restaurant wasn't that busy. I feel as though he wasn't really putting forth a good effort on his part.
