Dine in was still closed. Fast and friendly service in drive thru. Food was hot and I received it in a timely manner.
Ordered two orders of the double dozen shrimp but got shorted. Maybe there was a shrimp shortage suddenly. Maybe they'll get my order right next time. Maybe.
Not very good for one the burgers are too expensive to they're still doing drive-through as though they want to prolong this Democrats shitburger plandemic of a farce to get rid of a sitting president they should open their doors and join America start living
well besides the fries that suck I was trying to order tots with chili girl tasking order seemed confused got me confuse and she goes on chill cheese fries which is what I got but we had talked over and over about the tots and I got the sucky fries Krystal puts out now
I hardly eat Krystal's because every time I order the double cheese Krystals they are so soggy in the middle it looks like you keep your meat in hot water or something, I can't believe the frozen cheese Krystal's I buy from Walmart taste so much better than actually going to Krystal's to get them! I remember when Laverne had Krystal's, the roof was leaking, and the location was not always busy, but the people were so nice and the food wasn't soggy ever, I ate there for years never got a soggy double cheese krystal, and in the Smyrna location, that's all I can get served is soggy burgers, how do I get a krystal that isn't soggy?, Try Nashville and surrounding areas?, How can I get a non soggy freshly cooked double cheese krystal?
Tonight SUXS . i understand they we're busy . but gave uber ORDERS first .And supposed to waited 10 minutes . several orders ahead of myself in drive thru . got my 12 sack full of cheeseburgers and everyone of them was cold . and one of our drinks cup had a hole in it . and had to ask for another cup we got that though . we usually get fast service though .
Poor service. False advertisement. Drive Thru menu offers a 12 krystals combo with 2 medium drinks and 2 medium fries for $16.49 BUT they requested $21+ after tax. Thank you to all the wonderful math teachers I had. I quickly questioned their math because over $5 in tax??? It took two employees to do the math & justify it. I told them their sign was wrong if they indeed were correct. Needless to say, any business that cannot honor the price they are advertising and is rude when I explain the discrepancy does not deserve my business. Disappointed.
One of my best Krystal expe6by far... Food was great cause it was all made fresh & was all correct... Service was awesome too ? who doesn't love fast friendly service with a smile especially here in the south... Couldn't have went any better in my opinion... Great job... Keep it up... 10 out of 10 this family recommends!!!!!
I'm only giving one star because that's the only way to leave a review. Tonight was a horrible experience. The wait in the drive through was terrible and then when I finally get to the window and paid, I saw one of the teenage employers who has blonde hair and was wearing a Grey t-shirt scratching her stomach and jiggling her stomach with her bare hands under her shirt and into her waistline of her pants and she also argued with the girl that was handling the window. I then saw her put her hands straight into someone else's to go bag to get it ready for food to be put in it (also handled by her). After getting our food, I asked the girl if she handled our food. She said, "No, why?" I told her I saw her touching her stomach and playing with it then handled the to go orders. She started laughing at me and I told her to stop touching herself while handling food and it was nasty then I drove off. Needless to say, we threw away our order. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager but they picked up the phone and hung up. I will be calling corporate.
Got 16 Krystals 5 w/cheese all of them extra pickles.. that was the whole order.. couple things tóok almost 20mns think maybe the manager was the one who told me that they were just getting like the last few ready but they were cold idk just seemed like they could have done better... Was definitely unhappy with the amount of time but at least they should be fresh an not cold... Seems like the crystals in Smyrna has just went down a lot in service and quality...
