It's 66 degrees inside!!! Uncomfortable temperature, even if it was 30 outside,but when it's in the 80s outside this temp is too cold. Potato chips are good, The bread is good. Meat is good.... otherwise it's just a sandwich. At least make it comfortable!

Was in the area on a layover and was looking for something quick to eat. We decided on jimmy johns because they were very close by. The person taking the order was not very friendly at! I was then informed that they ran out of turkey for the night. I said fine can you just substitute another meat then? She said I can for an UP CHARGE! I then asked why I would be up charged for a meat because they didn’t have any! I mean they were gonna charge me FULL price for a sandwich that was missing its key ingredient! SMH bad business jimmy johns.
First time there worst sub I've ever had. Smyrna location not very friendly staff either. Just a total waste of money. Never again had to throw it away. First time to have Jimmy johns like I said its my last.
Don’t know how to make an unwich very well.
If you can keep the fentanyl addicts awake enough to take your order it’ll be missing half the ingredients. Multiple occasions, avoid this location.
We have always loved Jimmy John's the bread is outstanding and the sandwiches are very consistent from store to store. We wish there was one down here in Franklin County closer to us.I usually do the Italian night club or the Vito depending on how hungry I am.Jimmy John's delivers and they have a drive-through as well.We ate inside and we were the only diners in there and it was a nice relaxing experience.Yeah you don't go to a sub shop for a 5 star experience but they do a good job the place is clean and it's comfortable.Like most other places the prices are much higher than we remembered but it was a good sandwich.This location is wheelchair accessible and very nice and new.One nice thing about a Jimmy John's is as you get to see all the food prepared and the employees here were very well coached on healthy habits.
Been a few times, wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Always seems like everything but the bread came from the freezer, it was too cold to eat for a while. Then I saw that review pic with the tomato top on the sandwich and that kinda turns me off more.
Good sandwiches, and quick as always. It was my first visit to this location. This location has 2 tables inside to eat. We went at 2pm, so it wasn't busy at that time. We were able to get a table. The employees were friendly, and working hard.
