Every time I’ve gone here I’ve had good experiences. However, the last 3 months I’ve been told their shot juicer is broken. Not sure when that can be fixed. I think they’re a little short handed and can take a long time in the drive thru- but all drinks taste so good and consistent flavors. I come here at least 2-3 times/ week (I’m pregnant and crave Jamba!!) ?. Greens n Ginger helps with my nausea, and my other go to is razzmatazz ?. My son loves strawberries wild or white gummie!
Their greens n ginger has saved me more than once. When I was fighting cancer it help get nutrients in and rebuild the good flora in my systemThe staff is ALWAYS so pleasant
The staff was rude, they walked away right when I was starting to ask a question. The bathroom was locked and the staff (once I could get someone to talk to me) claimed it to be “unavailable” due to electric issues…spoiler alert: At least one light did work in this restroom and it was fine…just really dirty. I had insisted on going in due to the fact that I would not go to Buffalo wild wing’s bathroom due to being extremely pregnant the overall awkwardness of going there just to use their bathroom. So glad i spent $7+ on a small smoothie here (grossly overpriced). Not coming back and won’t recommend to others.
Just bit into my breakfast sandwich and it was solid ice. Literally, a piece of ice sausage. Inedible. When you pay $11 for a smoothie and tiny sandwich, you would think it would be cooked. Please train your employees in how to prepare this.
I loved the smoothie fruit bowl . I had that bowl more than 10 times but the last time was too much watery and tasteless. I just show it to the girl and throw it away. I rather try day time so they have good mood and they can make it better .
I arrived at Jamba Juice in Smyrna at 8:53p the lights are on in the drive thru and the open sign was on. .The girl in the orange hid in the back when I drove around. Then I stopped at the window and she ran back in the back when she saw me. I when to parked and then she can and turned off the open sign and locked the door. Meanwhile they sign says open until 9p. I was at the door at 855p.. So I guess they did not want my money...
The people are nice and the service is good. The smoothies are overpriced and I had to throw mine away due to too sweet.
This is one of my favorite date night places to go with my sons. We try something new each time and it is always good.
Called 45 minutes before they close to see if I could place an online order for pickup at 6:45. No answer after multiple calls. Just got mailbox. Pulled up at the drive thru at 6:45. Waited 5 minutes and no response. I pulled around to the window to see what was going on. Maybe they were closed right? Nope. They turned off the lights to the store as I was pulling up to to window then whatever employees were there hid in the back as I tried to enter the lobby. It was locked. I pulled around to the back of the building where toe drive through is and waited in the parking lot. Guess what? Right at 7:00 the back door opened up and I watched an employee take the trash out to the dumpster. Wonderful way to lose business. Lazy employees who wanted to leave work right on time. ?????? If it were up to me I’d fire whatever employees were working tonight 1/25/22 and hire employees who have integrity and value their jobs.
Jamba is wayy better than any of the other smoothie place's out there "in my opinion"!!
