The service was amazing. We got there late and they were super nice. They didn't rush us and even let us stay in there to finish the game
Nice decor and good service. The food options were plentiful. I had a salad and hubby had the burger. They were good and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our waitress, Makenzie who was so pleasant and helpful.
We ate here and loved it !! The food was delicious, the restaurant has great ambience and is very clean . Service was excellent . My fish was a generous serving , and was wonderful . Wait staff was great with refills before being asked . Will definitely return when back in the area .
First time visit while traveling thru the area. Was recommended by the hotel. Excellent menu and great service. We had Maui Chicken and Smoky Mountain Chicken. Can highly recommend both dinners. Very popular restaurant but they have lots of seating. We will be back.
Best steak restaurant in Rutherford county, hands down!!! The waitress are top notch. We were there an hour and a half and she came to the table about every 10 minutes to see if we needed anything. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The prime rib is their special on Friday and Saturday and is to die for. You can literally cut it with your fork. Try to save room for some delicious dessert when you go!!!
Went because we were starving after an appointment in Smyrna. It was not crowded at 2:30 ish on a workday. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food was plentiful and delicious.
The staff was very busy, you could tell they were trying hard to keep up with requests. 35 min wait at the bar (not too bad for how busy); plus The bar had decent specials for the wait. The waitress was rushed but knowledgeable. The steaks were a perfect, medium-well and everything was full of flavor. Only complaint are the rolls came after the food and I had to remind her about my sangria. I give 5 stars because COVID ruined staffing everywhere, and these people are trying.
When I choose a restaurant I want a local family owned business because I know they have really really worked to be successful. When I chose Hickory Falls I wanted to support a local restaurant... the food is OK not anything special, but the service is not good, especially in the bar. When I complained about the service I was told by the owner they serve over 8K people per month and i could go to any restaurant I wanted... With that said it is obvious the restaurant doesn't need my business and doesn't care about my business. So please go to a restaurant that remembers why they wanted to be a restaurant to begin with - offer great food and great service... Hickory Falls doesn't remember that customers are important even if you are only 1 out of 8K...
We love our locally owned restaurant that has incredible menu selection and great service. Ordering to go is a breeze and the service is impeccable. We've never been disappointed and recommend friends and family to try it out all of the time.
This place came highly recommended by our AIRBNB hosts. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere gives off a great vibe. The food was terrific and the service was top notch. The rolls were absolutely amazing and soft. I highly recommend the mozzarella sticks too (just know they are HUGE).
