Absolutely horrible management! I would never in a million years recommend anyone work here. I wouldn't even recommend buying anything! The GM was basically screaming at theses poor employees about something they couldn't control whilst other customers were in the store! You should NEVER scream at your employees... take them to the side and have a calm conversation! It was an absolute disgusting sight to see. Feel so bad for any employee there.
As a former worker of this establishment I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The management is HORRIBLE. It was non stop degrading and power trips not to mention the racist comments made by our hateful gm. The employees are okay but management ruined that place. It was constant hatefulComments by people we call “leaders”
Whoever the manager was working Sunday morning, April 24th, 2022, should consider finding some other type of employment elsewhere. She had a nasty attitude. I called and talked to her about a medium hash brown missing and was even questioned about whether I had a receipt or not. I called no more than ten minutes after I left the restaurant. The employees who were working looked humiliated and embarrassed by her attitude. None of those employees looked happy. After I told her about considering other types of employment, telling her she had a nasty attitude, she told me I needed to be on my way. I did. She seemed to have been on a power trip
The food was great, but the drive thru cashier was the most miserable young lady I've seen in a very long time. I almost asked her if she hated me, or just the job.. No smile, no how you doing, no nothing.Since when do they not have sweet tea. That was a bummer and that they didn't have any bbq sauce ?.I hope that young girl finds something to smile about, because life's to short to be that miserable.
To have one car in front, then have to wait 4 minutes for a burger, that they didn't put the condiments on; and have soggy cold fries I should have gone to Wendy's next door for a$5 meal instead of almost $10 at Hardee's. Drive thru employees didn't seem happy to be working. By the way my first job was at Hardee's. I know how to give great customer service even for the drive thru.
Went through the drive-thru and had great service food was fresh and hot
9 am. Sunday morning. Line to the road One would believe that the food would be hot and fresh. NO cold and smelled and tastes of chemicals. Or the sweat hogs playing kitchen. Awful shame how this once good place to eat. Now I wouldn't serve this to the neighbors shitzu.
Besides them being extremely short staffed, the visit was pleasant. They were patient and kind and didn't rush anyone. The line was short so we didn't have to wait a long time and they had our food out in under five minutes. Kudos to the teams that work there and please give them a break and show patience if going there.
Food was not cooked all the way, the meat was raw my bread was not toasted if I'm paying 30$ for food it needs to be correct, I went to ask for a refund but the store was closed before the posted time 8:00 p.m this is NOT OK!!! And yes I've called & emailed corporate. Thinking of taking a little trip to the home office.
This location sucks. I've grown up eating hardees biscuits, this location isnt making them right, they have 0 flavor and horrible texture. Tastes like flour and water got thrown in an oven
