I don't think I've ever been thus frustrated at restaurant staff. I placed an order for pick up at 11 o'clock and it told me it was going to take an hour from order to be ready.At the time that my order was supposed to be ready I checked in with the staff and I was told that it was being bagged up.15 -20 minutes later and I still don't have my order in my hand......It wasn't even being baggedLike if you don't know where my order is do not lie to me.I don't understand how they could consistently push out orders for the people sitting in the dining room but I have to wait over an hour for my order to be placed like I'm some kind of 2nd class citizen.To make matters worse, my food wasn't even hot, it was barely luke warm when i checked it in the car, so my order was just sitting there.I didn't even want it anymore.The thing that upset me the most was the lack of honesty, if just one person told me that they were running behind and gave a new time estimation, i would've left, checked on my dog in the car and came back.....but no one did that.I've worked in a breakfast restaurant and i know how bisy Sundays get, but be honest with people.
I have recommended this place to many people. Everyone enjoys this spot. I got the chickichanga and a bloody Mary. Every dish I have eaten there has been great. Too bad it's only open until lunch. I'll eat breakfast for dinner if I could.
My experience was good. The customer service was amazing, great people! I ordered the Baja Turkey Burger. The burger was ok, it wasn’t great. The thing that was missing for me was more seasoning in the turkey patty. Overall it was ok. My wife got the Market Veggie Sandwich, she enjoyed it, but needed more cheese. Overall our experience was great!

Had an online order, food was ok. It is your typical run of the mill place.Staff wasn't cold, but they aren't inviting.Wait was long.Overall average. Better options in Smyrna in my opinion.

My family and I visited on February 2nd. The crew was busy but very attentive. Our server Kate, was super friendly. It was my son’s birthday and she made his breakfast extra special. The food came out promptly and tasted great. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience.
The servers are friendly. I've never had a bad experience with a server in this First Watch.My food, more often than not at this point, is served to me cold. I tough it out usually; but I should not consistently receive food, that is intended to be warm, cold.I also find that their silverware and cups always have clumps of food, not being washed properly. It has become something unsurprising to me to check my water cup/ glass water container, and see food pieces even before I've taken a sip or poured water onto the cup.The first time it's happened, I pointed this out to a server, and she was kind enough to give me a free coffee, which I point out to her that she didn't need to do that, that replacing the container was enough. She stated her reasoning for the free coffee was to avoid a bad review.
Excellent food, good options for me, allergic to pork, and my spouse, who's doing keto. Good sized portions, well prepared. Nice of the server to find us a bowl of mixed berries with no pineapple. We'll be back.
