It was never the best, but it's gone way downhill. $40 for spaghetti (not what I ordered, but already took too long to even get that), chicken fettuccine and 2 slices of pizza. They don't do the cheese grating thing anymore. Never got bread sticks despite asking twice, and multiple other people around us got them. I know no one is going to actually believe this, but we're very polite so I don't know what the deal was. Won't be back, what a waste of money.
The food was good, but the girl taking orders wasn't friendly at all. She didn't get in a hurry getting our food to the table. She just didn't want to be there.
Stopped here for a late lunch. Ordered the flat bread pizza for under $5. Cindy took my order and handed me my drink cup. She said she would bring order out shortly. I filled my drink cup and took a seat in dining area. Place was not real busy but several tables were being used. Area was clean and orderly right after the lunch crowd left. Cindy brought out my order with a coup bread sticks. Flatbread pizza was excellent and filling. Excellent lunch experience.
The lunch portions are so tiny. $8.00 for portions the size of what a toddler would eat. I understand costs rising, but I shouldn't be leaving feeling like I still haven't eaten!
Excellent food and excellent service! The gentleman at the register did an amazing job of taking care of us and was extremely polite, friendly and professional.
DON'T PLACE ONLINE ORDERS......Placed order online on Friday, usually restaurant websites will be closed not able to place orders if they aren't open. I did it in the morning and it let me schedule for the evening delivery. They didn't bother calling me to let me know they were closing early and didn't refund cancel my other. I finally received an email after 8pm saying that my delivery is cancelled. I called the store and they notify me that the district manager needs to refund money. They don't automatically refund money even though my order was cancelled online. They said if my money is not refunded by Tuesday to call again and ask for district manager.
The food is great the service was great how ever they were alittle to pricy for an average person to go there
Had to ask 2 times for bread sticks at the counter. Paying $9 for a kids portion of baked spaghetti was quite insulting.
I love Fazoli's so much!! It is to only fast food homestyle pasta place I have ever seen and always enjoyed their food
My visit was Monday November 15 around 9pm. Went through drive through after a long trip (usually go to the Murfreesboro Fazolis but this one happened to be closer at the time), paid almost $50 for 3 meals and extra breadsticks. Waited for over 15 mins which wasn’t a big deal however, when I finally received my order, I asked if this was everything and the young man at the window said it was. I should have checked to make sure because I got home which is 30 mins away and seen I was a meal short so I called them to let them know and the Manager on duty said she would get something emailed to me or at least have someone higher up give me a call back and it is now 5 days later and still no word so I guess I can chalk that missing (over $10) meal up as a learning experience. Btw, I wasn’t rude, mean, or vulgar. I didn’t raise my voice and listened to everything the Manager on duty said to as why it was forgotten and what she would do to make it right so I thought this would have been resolved.
