Food was good but service was awful. Called order in at 7 to be picked up at 7:30. When we arrived it wasn't even started and she lied and said it was about done. We didn't get our food till 7:50. With some attitude when we did get it. They were all setting down in the back doing nothing when we got there and you could hear them arguing in the back from the dining room. We ask what time to call to make sure it would be done on time. The lady said 10 minutes. So we ask why it took 50 mins. Will never be back and would advise if you on lunch break to be prepared to be late getting back

I had the Fat Mo Burger with Plain Fries Combo. My drink was huge, the fries were crisp, and the burger was huge as well. My friend ordered the Veggie burger and the manager even offered to clean the grill before her burger was cooked. If I were to eat here again but I wouldn't add lettuce next time, it made my bun soggy. Luckily the lettuce was only on the bottom so the top bun was still good.

The portions are huge. The lady at the counter removes two stars, and makes me recommend the second best burger I have ever eaten in my life down over at Karin's Kustard & Hamburgers (Dyers hamburgers in Memphis is the #1). Sorry to cast shade Fat Mo, but you earned it. The people skills made me and my 4 other coworkers feel we were an inconvenience to ya.

The woman working the counter was unpleasant at best. The "kitchen"... and I use that term lightly, sounded like boys locker room, full of horseplay and shenanigans. The burgers were dry and flavorless. The bun was hard and dry. The onion on the burger was huge chunks and the fries and onions rings were cold. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant left a lot to be desired. Dirt and grime on the tables and floors, the air vents were covered in dirt and dust, and the salt and pepper shakers on the tables had a layer of filth on them.I'd give it 0 stars if google would let me.

Extremely disappointed in my experience at this Fat Moes. I asked for a hot chicken sandwich after seeing a picture of it in the window because it looked so delicious. When I got my sandwich all it was was two small fired chicken patties with some sauce splashed on top. Absolutely not what the picture looked like at all. Would not return to this particular location

One of the best kept secrets in Smyrna, this quiet and unassuming building houses massive and delicious burgers for affordable prices.

Great food. I've been going here for years and the quality of the food hasn't declined at all.Their menu hasn't changed at all either, even through the pandemic. And their burgers are large too, along with the large portions of fries and drinks with their combos (32 oz.)

Many mistakes on our food. Ordered 2 orders of fries, got no fries, ordered bacon on 2 of the 3 burgers got no bacon, 1 burger was suppose to be a double patty, got a single. Onions on the burger were huge, takes away from everything else when all you taste are onions. Burgers were very greasy which made the bun very soggy and messy. Food was luke warm. Just very disappointed. This was the Smyrna TN location and Uber Eats was used for delivery and were great.

Fat Mo’s has been a staple since I lived in Nashville. This particular location is where you will find Mr. Mo and Mrs. Mo. they are the nicest people you will ever meet. The burger I got was a Junior Mo. Don’t let the name fool you. It’s a quarter pound burger with anything you want (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc) but compared to the Big Mo I guess it is small. This is one of the best burgers I’ve had. The seasoned fries were fresh and amazing. Highly recommend.

This place has gone downhill over the past year or so. It took 50 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I got my food. 3 burger combos and some chicken tenders. They used to be a little slow but this is downright comical. Unfortunately they managed to screw up the order, giving us two plain burgers! It took them almost an hour and half our food was just plain wrong.
