An amazing experience every single time I go there. The staff is friendly, informative and helpful. Your drinks are customizable and every one I have tried so far has been delicious and not overly sweet. I would highly recommend trying them out if you haven't yet.
Way better than the other coffee shop that everyone likes to go. They have many drink styles that will suit your taste. I like the sugar free rebels! They have a bunch of crazy flavor variations for all of their drinks. You will not see it on their menu, you have to go to their website.
Oh great Coffee Gods thank you for bringing this unattainable masterpiece to Middle Tennessee. As someone who doesn't travel West very often, I didn't think I'd have a chance to try Dutch Brothers. I am so glad they have expanded into the South. What a refreshing change from The Bucks.Having been my first Visit, I was unsure what to order. I was quickly greeted by a friendly, albeit frozen worker who was standing outside on a 20 degree day. I told her it was my first time and my normal Bucks order and she suggested I try the Iced Golden eagle. It was perfect. It was very balanced Not too sweet with a very mellow coffee.There was a girl at the window, I wish I would have gotten her name because she could read how excited I was and she was so friendly. She told me I was about to change my life and I think I will. I'll definitely be changing up my usual.This location is really out of the way for me. I had to drive 15 mins out of the way to get there. It is really in an obscure part of Smyrna. I really hope they expand into Murfreesboro. Then I will have a life change.
I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Best customer service I’ve ever received in my life. The staff were extremely friendly, pleasant, and sweet. Line was long but the wait was so short, it moved very fast. My chai latte was delicious and I’ll definitely be coming back.
The service is always great. An the drinks I have tried so far have been great. An I have tried a lot. Lol
I LOVE Dutch Bros! They have more sugar-free options. Their competitor is out of things a lot and on the other side of town. I am thrilled that they came to Smyrna! Right down the road from me.
So great! We went opening weekend and got two drinks each. Coffee and sodas were phenomenal, and the employees were great!On a side note, not sure why people would leave a one star review due to them failing to realize it wasn’t open yet, that’s your fault for not checking opening dates, not the business’, but anyways!
Had a really good experience. Everything was $2 on grand opening day. Would definitely recommend the golden eagle cold brew. No complaints on service and hope the next time will be just as good of an experience. I usually don't even go out for coffee these days because many coffee places don't offer good customer service but i was pleasantly surprised here.
First time trying Dutch Bros! We had a strawberry banana smoothie & electric berry blended lemonade. Both so delicious. The staff were the most friendly staff I’ve seen in a while.
Went there for a 2nd time tonight and it was amazing fast friendly service. This will def be my new spot for coffee. So delicious. I got the double torture with sweet foam and chocolate drizzle..not bad.
