It tasted awful so I went back and they said we didn't have blast mix unthawed so we used expresso? I said okay that's just not drinkable. I'll come back tomorrow I mean I had already been charged for the drink they admitted they knew what they had done. We can get you something else I said I don't really get anything else you guys know that but I suppose a vanilla shake for tonight? Gross but it was what it was. I go back yesterday and order my blast get to the window and said hey I paid last night but they made my drink with expresso because they had no blast mix thawed? Okay so I leave with my drink. Tonight I go order my drink (my oldest son did) he went to pay and said if your mom comes back here were calling the cops she is a thief and didn't pay for a drink??????? I am sitting in my range rover in the parking lot with my baby asleep in the backseat writing a contract, I am a realtor so anyhow he walks out with my drink and the lady that was in the store before my son said they just called you a thief lol she said I don't think thief's sit in front of the door in their range rover waiting patiently. My son and his friend 16 & 17 walk out and he begins to cry. I said what happened he said they said you didn't pay for a drink and they would call the cops on you so I pulled around and asked the young man at the window who had been there the night before what was happening. He said I guess you weren't supposed to get the blast free because you settled for the shake the night before and Becky Evreniadis said to call the cops and said what???? I said you were here why would I pay for a drink I did not order? I should have been and was comped as they called it the next day. Be clear that no one said we don't have the mix we are putting straight expresso in your drink and we are just going to see if you notice right? Now Becky the so called manager that stands at the back door smoking all day have had issues before because I had asked back at New Years what time they would be closing. The employee told me 2 but if I got there by 1:30 I would be good so I did because I go everyday and take my clients here when showing homes and take my kids every morning before school. I get there at 1:30 the girl said we are trying to get out of here we only have 30 minutes and you want us to dirty the blender. I hear someone say tell her we have lives to and she's not welcome back and we will call the cops. (yes this happened) cops threatened to be called because I expect a drink I ordered because you said if I got here by 1:30 I could have it. So I went months without going until Becky found me on Facebook saying it wasn't her and it was the anniversary of her son's death so I felt bad and I will attach the pics of this conversation but i could come back of course I spend $250.00 a week there. Then tonight my son comes out crying saying it was embarrassing and he said the girl behind the counter said she can afford a range rover but not a drink???? WOW!!!!!!!!! I went through the drive through spoke with the young man who had been there the night they tried to give me the expresso blast and said hey I will pay for another blast if someone thinks I am a thief but why should I have to? My drink wasn't available and I was already charged. They said to come back to get it tomorrow the shake was offered in lieu of what they had tried to pull with expresso blast. So I offered to pay so my son would not cry and I would not be considered a thief and he said no we can take no money from you and I said you just did because my son just paid for my drink with my card and he said I mean for the drink that was comped? I said what in the world? He said Becky said call the cops if you try order a drink ever again or try to pay for the comped one. I said you know how

They are ALWAYS SLOW and NEVER have the new flavors in... Waste of time and money when they used to be pretty awesome but now DUTCH BROS is WAY BETTER now they have EVERY FLAVOR that u can imagine n are ALWAYS in stock. It's a little more pricey but soooo worth it At Dunkin donuts they charge you for an extra shot of Expresso n don't even put it in ur drink.... Smh
Food was cold, doughnuts were stale, minimal variety of doughnuts and the service wasn't that good. Prices are way too high for the quality you receive there.
Good croissant. Fresh doughnuts. Clean and friendly.
