I went through the drive thru on may 3rd around 8:59, the line was wrapped to the road. I waited because I wanted my usual strawberry dragon fruit and the bacon egg cheese croissant. Well, it was finally my turn and when I get to the window, a lady took my card and told me that there will be a wait time and I knew that from the line in front and behind me. So I wait at the window and two women are arguing about who’s throwing items around. After about 5 mins or so, I get my bag and everything was thrown in there the croissant was thrown without the wrapper around it and the hash browns were at the bottom of my bag and the hash brown bag empty. The food was awful and the dragonfruit was bitter. I was so mad, I threw the rest of my food out. I am done with dunkin. You have lost a loyal customer. And I felt sorry for other people who have received their items like this because I know I wasn’t the only one and the food was nasty.
Employees were very nice. Place was very clean and the selection was perfect. By far one of the best Dunkin places to go grab a coffee or sandwich. I wish other places had the same design or layout. Could actually park and not get blocked in by the drive-thru line!!! What a relief.
Person at the window at 6am 4/4 is so kind and provides great and fast service and always respectful! I will be buying from this location regularly now, definitely recommend for morning time coffee.
There is a older lady in the drive thru that keeps a smile on her face. She keeps the line going and i love her energy
Asia and AJ were absolutely amazing!!! So kind and courteous. They are the prime example of good customer service. They were so patient with me, but also fast and efficient! Everything was made to perfection and I even saw the most beautiful cup sitting in the window! So happy I came here. I will always come back, and Asia and AJ are why!!! They truly deserve recognition 100%.
Excellent customer service at the front counter. The only reason I gave it four stars is there was some type of disagreement going on behind the counter within earshot of the customers in the front of the store. Take that to the office or a more private location.
Drive through for the coffee drinks. Staff was cordial and accomodative. Drinks were made well. Store seems new and well designed. A tad complex to enter and exit depending on how your traveling from here. Largest downside was show system. Staff was new transfers so they were taking one car order having them pickup their drink and then they prompted us for our order. Was somewhat slower than expected.
They need to take tips from the one by Nissan. Becky is always so friendly so I expected the same at this location on the way to the hospital for my sick mother. I order on the go and my drink was so watered down. The team uo the road waits for arrival and then they make it so it’s fresh even when we get stuck in traffic. This place is also very dirty
The coffee is really good, the donuts are dry, and the breakfast sandwiches have a very strange chemical taste. The ladies at the window are typically either very nice or extremely rude.
My partner drink’s Dunkin regular black coffee and nothing else every other day so it’s good coffee ☕️
