We have been coming to this dominos for years. About half of the time our pizzas are sloppy, undercooked or wrong. We stopped ordering pan pizza because the dough was never cooked. I’m talking RAW soft dough, so raw I thought it was melted mozzarella cheese. Inedible. We always order extra sauce, one time we got home and had NO sauce on our pizza. We always do half and half toppings, last time we got any evenly cut pizza with two slices of one and 6 of the other topping. Decided to try again today, an online window pick up. The young man with long curly hair didn’t say hello, smile, nothing. Not a SINGLE word. He just opened the window, stared at me, I said hello and gave him my name. He closed it walked away opened it handed me my pizza and closed it again. Not hello, not thank you literally NOTHING. I worked in food service for a decade, I know how hard it can be but quality service isn’t that hard. Today our pizza was ordered with extra sauce and it’s so dry you can hardly see sauce on the pizza at all. It looks like it was dropped in the box and served to us anyway. Very disappointing because we do enjoy dominos when it is actually good. You all have ran out of chances with us.I took pictures but it won’t let me post.
I ordered a pepperoni and feta cheese pizza and a pepperoni and black olive pizza was delivered instead. I called and asked if they could send the correct pizza and they sent us an uncooked pizza. It was warm, but not cooked through and had sloppy dough and sauce all over the box. I had to drive to dominos and get a refund because I was just over it at that point. Pretty much disappointing. Get it together…
I ordered online. I received notice that it was ready. Got there and the guy said it was technical difficulty that’s why he didn’t get the online order. When I asked if I could order, he clearly did not want to take my order. He had a lame excuse due to me ordering online. It was weird. I think his name is Shawn
Ordered from the Enon Springs in Smyrna TN. Got a pasta bread bowl, among other things, the bread bowl was not done in the middle and there was way to much Alfredo sauce and not much of anything else.
I'll start by saying dominos is my favorite fast pizza. As for this location it's normally on point sometimes the food isn't all that. I feel it's due to the lack of employees but besides the point. Delivery isn't always available
I wish they had .ore help. You cant call them and they have bo delv drivers. Bur the food is always good. Ordering on line is easy
I have had trouble with doughy pizza twice. No one answers the phone. I will need to find a different pizza chain.
I ordered pizza from the Enon spring domino's in smyrna and not only were they pleasant to me when I picked it up but they were all hustling because they were busy. Highly recommend.
The food is really good in Smyrna and answering phones always courteous and drivers delivery courteous! Great prices...the ONLY reason they didn't get a 5 which those who work there do get a 5 but because of Our Country paying you more to get unemployment than working they r very short employee wise and sometimes can call non stop Noone answers! AGAIN this Countries fault NOT this business as we see so many other businesses not even can open til dinner due to NO employees! Until they stop rewarding you for NOT working I so hope our businesses can stay open! But as Employees who work there a 5..
Called Saturday night to get a pizza carry out would’ve been fine, but stayed on hold forever no one had courtesy to pick up and say sorry we aren’t taking orders etc. Online was down as well stating closed, so Sunday 11/5 I went at 11:06a to order. Called got the recording so drove up to to go window. Man opened window asked my name told him I wanted to order, he stated he can’t take no orders he is only one working and down 14 already. No it’ll be a hour etc just plain said NO HE CANT TAKE IT. I’m in restaurant business and very familiar with the lack of or shortage of employees but never ever as a manager would I ever turn down a customer I would’ve simply told them that there would be a wait and allow them to order or make the decision. Over the last months this location has went down tremendously when it comes to customer service esp on the weekends they hardly answer the phone again if there’s a shortage of employees as they’ve stated on the recording allow the customer to make the choice if they wanna wait for the order or if they just simply don’t want to place it. Sad cause it’s the only location in Smyrna so I guess they don’t care.
