I was very disappointed! I went through the drive thru. No one else was there. I ordered a single bacon cheese burger. I was asked to pull up. I did. 2 other people pulled thru. The person behind me got their food 1st. I finally got my sandwich and drove home only to find out it was WRONG! I ended up with a double patty and no bacon and no cheese! Horrible! so disappointed.
Employees apparently think it’s okay to complain and say “oh my god why they ordering so much”. Placed my order through drive thru with a lady and could hear a male in the background groaning and talking that smack. Not even a big order, but did stop me from ordering the rest I was planning to place.
Stopped in for a quick snack. From the snack menu a cheeseburger and coke. Asked about the free ice cream ?. Burger was hot and fresh. Fountain drink cool and refreshing. Topped that off with a free ice cream ?. Service was excellent. Great dining experience
Never going to this location again. $21 for 2 medium blizzards because we asked for double ingredients. We were charged triple. We normally get the large and are charged $14, which is bad enough. And we had to wait for them and the car in front of us to move. I wanted to skip it, but my friend was buying and she wanted a blizzard REALLY BAD. And when they finally brought them out, they did not turn them upside down.
You never know if the lobby is open. Ate inside last week and it was great. Tried today lobby is closed but there are signs everywhere stating the lobby is open for dine in. Which one is it? Very slow service.
Tia was amazing! Customer service is rare these days, but she went above and beyond. She is a huge asset to your store and deserves a raise!
Absolutely wonderful!!! Terri the GM and Ashley were literal angels. They were so kind and respectful. They had the best customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for me. Making sure everything in my order was perfect, and having a great conversation with me as well. They were fast, efficient, and kind. Everyone should be like them!!!
Ice cream was good. It was so cold inside we had to wear coats and hats. Tables said that they were sanitized but were dirty.
It has really really good icecream.
Fast service and my blizzard with my meal deal was perfect!
