I love their cookies worth the money and drive,
Cookies are great but I’m writing a review for how they handled incomplete order delivery. I ordered cookies and the cookie cutter for my sister’s birthday. I live out of state. They charged a 9.99 delivery fee, with tip it was over $40. They forgot to include the cookie cutter. I called the store and they said they can either refund for the cookie cutter or we can go pick them up. As much as delivery costs you think they send someone out. We didn’t make the mistake. They did. Someone needs to do better when packing orders.
I know I have zero business eating these cookies the way that I do, but I can't resist. I'm sure everybody has heard of them long ago, and I'm the late one to the party, but better late than never. DELICIOUS!

So delicious! They're so filling and sweet, usually one does it for me. I like that they alternate flavors so you never know what kind of cookie you'll see there, and I've never tried one that wasn't delicious. I did 4/5 stars just because they're pricey, I understand a few dollars a cookie because it's worth it but after the smallest tip (2.00) my total was $7 for one cookie. Buying in bulk is way more worth it in my opinion, the cost per cookie goes down, when I can that's how I do it. But like I said every now and then you gotta get one bc they're delicious!

Service was fast and everyone was so friendly and in a good mood. It smells wonderful in there and the store is very clean. It was my first time going and the cookies were delicious
I live out of town and was told that before I leave, I had to try these cookies. I was thoroughly impressed with the display and the atmosphere. The process was quick and easy, and I was in and out. I ordered the honey bun cookie, and it was absolutely decadent. It was warm and soft and not overly sweet. The next time I am in town, I will be stopping in to try more of these cookies. I definitely would recommend Crumbl Cookie.
Very simple. Go in, choose your cookies, wait a few minutes and then you have it…….the most delicious cookies in the world, reasonably priced. Customer service was GREAT!!! Something we don’t see much these days! Will be back next week for the new selections.
