The food is great. I really love the nacho chili hotdogs with cheese bites and onion rings. You have to have the milkshakes they are amazing.
The food use to be good and we enjoyed it every time.we went. But the last few we went it wasn't up to par. For whatever reason the taste, how it looked And the price was a joke. Not going back.
Went late at night was kind of busy some of the staff was a little bit hostile and rude. when I asked for honey mustard from the back. and there is a difference! The worker was mad when I said I would pay for the extra honey mustard argued about it but why not getting the honey mustard rude customer service but the food is fresh and on point customer service in big part of this rate
Great food, for an amazing price! Staff is ALWAYS friendly, and tour orders have never been made wrong. Menu has an excellent selection of food to order, and the staff is very patient while you order. Drive through runs very smoothly, and rarely has a long wait!
Great place in all honesty I'd say every 1 out of every 15 orders I get a little bit of a bad one or fries are bottom of barrel but other than that its a great place just pay attention to meal time hours because this place does get packed.
This was my first experience at a cook out. I was excited because my fiancé had eaten at a cook out and loved it. To start their entercom volume was turned up to the point that I could barely understand what they are saying. They took forever to take my order then stopped me in the middle of my order and waited well over 5 min to Finnish ordering. We got to the window and the gentleman was abrupt and kinda rude. We got our food and went home to eat. They messed up 3 of the 4 orders. All the food is bland. The burgers had almost no flavor. The sweet tea was so sweet that half had to be poured into another cup, mixed with lemon juice and water to make it drinkable. The chicken nuggets were severely overcooked. Their onion rings were about the thickness of my thumb and looked like fried calamari with little flavor. Definitely disappointed and will not be going back to the smyrna location. I might try the one in murfreesboro, but highly unlikely.
The food is great, but the way the menu is written on in the drive thru is hard for me and my family to understand.
The food you get for the price is pretty great, not to mention really tasteful in general.I pulled up at the drive-thru at 10 AM-- 30 minutes earlier than the time they state they open on Google. They still tended to me and gave me food, even if it was an accident on my part and I would have accepted the correction that they open later, they still served me and I appreciate that.

2.00 gers you 4 onion rings. Hot dogs are skinny as a child's large pencil. Hamburgers is like a small thin pancake. Covered with lettuce and onions. Large coke size of medium everywhere else. All for 7.00I do not recommend this establishment.
