This store is very stingy. We ordered online. The food portion they gave is much smaller than other Chipotle stores. Additionally, their food is too salty and spicy to eat. It is not edible, and we had to throw away all our food. We will never ever come back!
Hey steak lovers, if you wanna a bowl/burrito of Fat this the chipotle for you? my bowl was literally just pieces of fat and i had to throw it away. Hey! That’s even if they have anything they are always out of rice steak chicken beans. Even though their awesome manager puts a half of a scoop of meat? i paid $40 for two bowls of fat? great experience will definitely come back and get some more fat??? wait! They don’t have spoons most of the time like do i eat with my bare hands or what??Awful -.-
Counter was very nasty. All the food was mixed in together..where they had dropped food into the different containers. The sour cream did not look clean. The food containers where nasty because the young man was sliding it all in the food on the cou ter. It did not look clean nor appealing. There was a long wait. I waited about 10 to 12 minutes. They were moving at their own paste and talking with each and stop to talk. Not able to multi task. If the health department would have been there that day I am sure they would closed you down to clean up and change pans.
Love that there’s always so many customizations to make my meal at chipotle!
The food is good but the portions are poor. If you order to pickup, good luck. The portions are lower than normal portions and my last visit they couldn’t even find my food and I had to go inside and wait in line for them to make it. The manager told me it was an IT issue but I paid thru the app…More likely they gave my order away to someone else by accident. No apologies given, just lies. Go to a different location if picking up.
I was so excited to try Chipotle; but alas; I was quite disappointed.The flavors were more bland than I expected; but when I was informed of how much the bill was for my food; I was quite bewildered. I would have thought more flavor, more interesting dimensions in the food. Having come from a food service background; I tend to have higher expectations(my bad); but as there are scads of Mexican/TexMex/Ethnic foods nearby, we won't be back.
This location has disappointing me several times. Either the order is wrong, my chips are stale, The wait is terribly long. I get my food way past the pick up time, or the customer service was horrible. Today when I visited the ladies restroom there was absolutely no tissue nor paper towels at my disposal. Also, the toilet was absolutely filthy! The trash cans were completely full and the self service area was a mess! They clearly do not care about how this establishment is ran.
Don't order online, it's faster to walk into the store, like over 1/2 hour faster.The same looks beat, the owner operator must treat them poorly,The store is pretty dirty, watched the manager walk by this like it wasn't an issue...
Online ordering for me has never worked out right. I have done it twice and they never received my order even though I have my order number/receipt email. They had to make it on the spot and it was made wrong both times. Other than that. I have had a good experience dining inside. Great choices of toppings and meat. You will find something you like there.
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS POSSIBLE!Just drive the extra miles to the one in Murfreesboro or anyone you can find, even if that means the next state over. The Smyrna location is the WORST! They don’t care about the quality of the food they serve at all. They don’t care about the customers. They just don’t care. I’ve found bones in my food, the rice is almost always NEVER cooked, the meat is salty, I’ve even had to stop going at one point because I was so disgusted after finding food in my hair.Their mobile order pickup window employees always seem annoyed whenever you pull up as if they really don’t want to be working there. They rush and don’t pay attention so 9 times out of 10 your food will be wrong, already cold, or not cooked all the way like the rice I received in my burrito tonight. God forbid you tell them they messed up and they act like YOU’RE the problem for not just eating it.Honestly at this point, they’d be better off just firing everyone, removing it as chipotle and making it into something else because THIS LOCATION gives chipotles everywhere a bad name. After being a patron of chipotle since 2006 and having frequented many across different states, the Smyrna, TN location holds the highest regard for worst Chipotle.
