One of if not the slowest Chili's I have been too.Our family lives here in Smyrna so we are use to waiting extra long at this Chili's. They are always waiting on just one more item that is going to take 5 more minutes. 27 minutes later you will realize you are still hungry and that item is taking FOREVER!! If you order online and pick it up, same thing but you just sit and wait in your car. Last time I waited long enough that I forgot I was waiting for food.
The big bacon bbq burger is biggest burger I've ever ordered. It was cooked well done and still super juicy, flavorful and served hot which is a pleasant surprise. Most of the time dine in burgers are warm if best but this one was hot right off the grill. My daughters never understood why I love a steaming hot burger till today. They were both changed today.The service was good, not a long wait, and the restaurant was clean and well organized.Overall a very good experience today
I order delivery for convenience! Got my order half of it missing! No one will answer the phone absolutely horrible customer service! Thanks for nothing!
This location is not my favorite I just so happened to be in the area doing some shopping and wanted some of there honey chipotle wings they are everything!! I ordered online and set up for curbside service I waited for my order to come end up having to get out an get it as per inquiring why I had to get out for my own order 20 minutes later than order time a associate had an attitude. I spoke to a manager asap Mr Yogi was very understanding and apologized for the circumstances he offered to make it right, I hope that they keep Mr Yogi because he has the potential to care about the customers and the service we receive I hope that his staff learns to appreciate there job and the man that has to answer to the unnecessary situations they put him in for not doing there job and making excuses. He is a great manager Thank you Mr Yogi for turning a bad situation into a more pleasant experience.....
Not horrible but not that great either. Service was good, food was just ok. Asked for medium-rare, not so much.... no pink at all. It could have been better overall. I will go again in time and revise if the next visit is better, not wanting to judge on just one visit. Always give a chance for improvement.
We sat at the bar to eat, it was a very nice experience. The wait was going to be about 45 minutes for a table. We had a much better experience at the bar, laughter and meeting new people. Service was excellent. We had Molten Lava Cake for dessert. Delicious
The food quality was it what it usually is. My nachos were very soggy I could not eat them and my honey chipotle chicken crispers were too hard to bite into. The sauce was not fully on the chicken. I would like a refund. Check receipt no. 980299 in Smyrna, TN on Sam Ridley. I picked up curbside.
My server Drake was the best server I ever had. He was so nice and so polite. He was so attentive and made sure we were taken care of at all time. His voice and his mannerisms was completely amazing. He definitely made me want to come.back just so I could.have him as a server again!!! I will definitely be back there and I hope he is working when I do come there. Thanks Drake for being an amazing worker and an amazing person. You are the best and you are super super appreciated!!!!
Likely due to staffing shortages, the food pickup is unrefined and often your food will end up sitting for a while when you wait for curbside delivery. Just make sure you go inside and look for your order, don't let it get cold because someone forgot that delivery was part of their job. ? Everything else is great.
It's Chili's, of course it's good. Besides that though, the staff was great. The service and food was awesome. I really liked the service at the in-restaurant bar. If you're a small group or one person like I was, the bar crowd and staff are awesome and fun to hang out with.
