Stopped by on my lunch break, ordered a combo meal w/sprite $10+ and fries $2.99. Got food, pulled off, ate fries first then pulled sandwich out & took a bite. It's old, dry & hard. On lunch break, no time to go back. Tried calling immediately, phone just rings & rings until the message comes on saying "the party you're trying to reach isn't available ". I couldn't eat the sandwich, threw it out so I paid $14 for fries & a drink, no one has money to throw away. When dealing with this place ALWAYS check your food BEFORE pulling off. I will not be back.
The Owner hires these inept, careless people without the proper customer service training and then makes these lame excuses for the way they treat customers and takes the money for the Owners pocket.This is a terribly run business by a terrible staff and incompetent Owner. Please stop your patronage.
A go to favorite for my family. Bacon cheese burgers once in a while we drive here. Liked the seasoned fries fully loaded and to top it off funnel cake fries! Services was friendly and kind. They were busy so we had a slight wait at the drive thru. Dinner was beyond worth it. Will go back when we are craving some yummy food.
First time eating here and it was quite good. While I was sitting outside eating I noticed the American Flags were well worn and they were ripped and tattered. I called it to the managers attention and she said she would take care of it. Lo and behold - I drove by about 30 minutes later and there were all new American Flags. Thanks Manager Cara Hooper for taking care of business. P.S. - I called your home office and told them they needed to put a gold star next to your name.

I love Checkers, but today my fish sandwich was over cooked and dry?… Guess I’ll go back to McDonalds now…

Had a local big Buford coupon. It's a big burger. I travel A LOT, and checkers is generally always dependable. Food is rarely cold or ugly. Today was perfect. Only car in drive-thru too, so as quick as it gets. Lol. Never join long rush hour lines. That's just asking for trouble, anywhere. No apps, no delivery, no bs. I just go get my own food and more on.
It was okay. The fries were hot.
