They have the best refried beans and ground beef. The chicken is nothing special, but not bad at all. Maybe just a little bland. I’m not big on pork, but my spouse is and I’ve tasted the pork and I must admit it is delicious. Everyone is always nice. We go there at least once a month, if not more.
First time trying Chago's. Ordered mixed fajitas to go. The beef, chicken and shrimp were pretty good. The beans and rice were dry and tasteless. I had never heard of broccoli with fajitas but I was ready for something new. The onions and tomatoes were cooked and seasoned with the proteins. The peppers and broccoli were raw and not seasoned at all. They seemed to have been thrown in as an after thought and to bulk up the dish. I couldn't even stab the broccoli with a fork because it was a large chunk of raw broccoli.was hoping for a better experience but you don't know until you try.
The worst margaritas and Mexican food I've ever had. They were out of limes and tried to substitute lemon juice for everything (that should be an easy fix with a Publix right behind the restaurant), the house margarita tasted more like super sweet lemonade than a lime based margarita, and the street corn was literally a can of corn and a spoon of mayo dumped on top and microwaved... water from the can included. Not sure how this place got such good reviews... its BAD. Do yourself a favor and go to Carmen's, margarita house, Camino real, or anywhere else...
My mom and I came for my lunch break and it was so good! My mom said that the vegetarian quesadilla was the best that she ever had!! We will be back!!
Great service! Good food! Everyone was very nice and very attentive. My order took no time and was delicious! Will definitely recommend!
We arrived a little late in the evening and I think they were trying to wind down for the night. So our service was a little slow but it won't keep us from returning. My order was a little off but I ate it anyway and it was good but not what I ordered.
Food was great, server was very attentive. Not the first time we've been there, but each time we go, both are consistent. Great lunch menu, wide variety of choices. Two thumbs up!
I've lived in Smyrna for a years and didn't even know this place existed until one of my friends invited me there for lunch and let me tell you this place is AWESOME! Great food and adult drinks! Now my new favorite place to eat!
The service was good but the food wasn't. I ordered tacos and the tortilla was cold and hard. I'll never go back again
The food here is so good, but the downfall is that there just isn't a large enough portion size. I order take out a lot and often times have to order double the quantity to make myself full, which is pricey. I've attached a photo of a Chile Colorado with extra steak requested.
