They need new management. Out of chicken at 645pm, "sweet tea isn't ready yet". Management made this experience poor. Plenty of crew members inside ready to serve the orders. Corporate needs to look into getting a new manager for this location.whenever I come by here there is a long line and it's not moving. Slow, inconsistent, out of supplies.
Missing mozzarella sticks and cheese on our burger. Fries are old and nasty ?. I can't eat onions and I requested none. I had some on my burger.
30 minutes I will never get back. I ordered a #2 with no cheese or mayo. They gave me TWO slices of cheese on my burger. I had to wait 15 min in line then they made it fresh at the window so I waited longer. Only for them to put mayo on it. I give up. Never coming to this location again.
Horrible service. Staff can be heard horse playing in the drive through intercom but not take any orders.
I placed my order using the app at 9:08 PM. According to the website and app the store did not close until 10 PM. When I got to the drive thru at 9:35 PM to get my food the young lady told me they, "Did not have the food to make my order". Somehow my card was still charged for the order. I'm 99% certain it was a case of them not wanting to complete the order due to them closing at 10. Here's a suggestion so your employees aren't put off for actually having to do the job they applied for, don't take orders from the app after 9 PM.
Wife went through the drive thru tonight it took over a half hour from the time she ordered to the time she got the food. She got home and turned out they didn't give her half the order and the food was cold. Will not be back to that location!!!
Food took forever. Nothing fast about this experience today and the person at the window couldn't count change. Food was barely warm.
A good deal with the 2 sandwiches for $6.
I don't usually go to Burger King, but I had to stop to grab a bite to eat and reluctantly went to this location. However, I was blown away and so glad I came. The food was fresh and service was fast! I will definitely be stopping back by this location when I'm needing to run through a drive thru.
