The young people that work here is lazy and not customer friendly. They will have you waiting for a long time to take your order. Very rude to the customers and will give you cold food.
Went today to place an order for a double Whopper -the meal. It took the girl at the window at least 3 minutes to take my payment and when I got my food I drove away. It took me around 7 mins to get home and when I was finally ready to have my burger, I realized the wrong order was given to me. I paid $11 and change for a meal that was supposed to have a Double Whopper and I got the regular Whopper. Of course I didn't get a receipt to drive back and get what I ordered.I have never had a good experience at any BK. It seems like a job requirement is to provide bad service and get orders wrong. Worst part is that they were not even busy to mess an order up.
Went and met my husband for lunch. Even though the website says dine in, it was closed. So, we went through the drive thru and ate on my car. The Assistant Manager was absolutely one of the nicest ladies I have ever spoken to. She was polite and seemed to enjoy her job. The food was correct and hot and fresh.
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD! OR GET PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND TAKE PRIDE IN THE BURGER KING WAY!!! IF YOU HATE WHERE YOU WORK, MAYBE THIS PLACE ISNT FOR YOU!!!!!This Burger King, is by far the worst!!!! The nastiest attitude I have ever received! I ordered $42 and some change worth of food yesterday asked to have 2 items separated and when i got to the window, the lady who was working the service line was rude and mean, when i told the lady at the window the other lady was rude, she immediately got offensive and started to curse me out. not to mention, i was charged a total of $60 something dollars for a $42 dollar meal! The lady at the window took my $35.00 in cash and when i was short a few dollars i provided my card and she ran it for $30!!!!!! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE, AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! THIS BURGER KING SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THEY PROVIDE SERVICE, TO OTHERS, AFTER ALL WE ARE YOUR BREAD AND BUTTER!!!
Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, it was just me and one other car...??? Cashier was VERY rude. Food was awful, tasted like it had been sitting all day. Wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning from it. After I left, I went back to the drive thru, (they messed up my burger. WHAT A SUPRISE) at which point they were telling customers they were closed. Really? C'mon now.
Went there ordered a whopper with cheese combo fresh of the broiler large size. Got order no cheese. Went back to the drive-thru window. Told them that my sandwich didn't have any cheese. Manager came to window and asked if I had my receipt stated that the cashier didn't give me one. They took the sandwich stood at the register pulled out some money handed it to me. And asked again what was wrong with my sandwich I told them missing cheese. She then said well it was fresh off the broiler so here is your money back and closed the window. So I guess I'm supposed to eat just fries for lunch. I will never come back to this location ever again. Very unprofessional. Lucky that I gave them one star.
Went there last night after work and ordered a number one I believe. I asked for light Mayo, onions, pickles and lettuce only. What they gave me was ridiculous and haphazardly thrown together as if they couldn't be bothered with making a sandwich. I rarely eat at burger king because I had a bad experience a few years ago and this is what I got when I decided to try it out again. Guys.... Please do better and put more than one little piece of onion and a handful of rabbit scraps next time. Also be a little more courteous instead of dismissive because it gives younger workers a bad image.
When the burger and fries are hot it's very good. The chicken nuggets were awful. The cheese sticks weren't freshly cooked
Burger was decent, staff was horrible. There was an employee at the front who was more concerned with arguing about his paycheck and locking the door from lobby customers than doing his job. What is Smyrna’s problem? Is there something in the water? It’s like every fast-food restaurant here can’t handle more the 5 customers at a time without melting down.
The other reviews don't lie, this place is regularly terrible in many ways. While there are a few handful of workers there that are respectful, most aren't. Always check your food because there's a good chance that something's wrong with it.I went through the drive-thru recently and ordered an original chicken sandwich, and they tell me when I pay that they have no more OCS, they only have the other chicken sandwich. I tell them to change the receipt since they are different prices, and the server told me they were the same. Wrong. about 70 cents difference, and that may seem not so much, but for someone who doesn't have a lot of money to waste, almost a dollar can be a lot.
