Went for lunch and waited 40 minutes after the manager tells us about being short staffed and I understand that. Half way through my wait, the manager has two friends that come in and he sat right away. By the time I was seated, the manager was talking to his friends at the bar, and they had just received there food. Terrible manager and wasted my lunch break waiting on nothing. I left after seeing the manager chit chatting with his friends while his understaffed staff was busting there butts to serve the people that were there.
Whoever is the manager tonight 3/02/22 deserves a raise. Does his job well. Stopped us from leaving because we had left before being seated. Because I thought they closed at 11 and didn’t look at the time before walking in. Food was good af too!
Being nice about this one it was 50 50 on what we ordered. The smoked pulled pork burger was excellent & the fries were good; even though mine were cold & I don't really care for cold fries. Service was okay once they decided on whom was going to be our server lol.
After attending the BWW in Knoxville, I had lost all hope but decided to give the Nashville location a try. The food was better, but we sat for maybe 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Seeing our server attend to the tables around us and not even look our direction or, worst walking right past us. Eventually the host that sat us had walked back to get our drink order
i don’t normally write reviews but honestly really disappointed :/, went to another BWW in coolsprings and it was amazing!! but at this location we (table of two) were sat and didn’t see our waitress for 30 minutes to get drinks on a thursday night with 2 other tables in the restaurant which already had food. our order came out with dinner first and apps last, and we didn’t receive any refills. fries were cold, wings were incorrect (ordered and charged for a ten piece but received a six piece) the cheese that came with the pretzel bites was in a cup that had clearly been thrown in the microwave as the plastic cup was melted. we barely saw our waitress. she was apologetic and kind but had told us she has only been working there a month, maybe it was just beginners mistakes. she was super eager to give us the bill halfway through the meal though which also dampened the experience. i really try to find the positive in everything but the restaurant was unclean, unprofessional, and the food was bellow par, it’s worth the drive if you want bww to head over to the franklin location instead…
nice evening...good wings as always, and a good place to watch sports while you eat. its a chain, you know what to expect, as chains go, its a favorite
Horrible service. Especially for a Wednesday night…Two of our orders were messed up and it took over 45 minutes to get the correct orders back out to us. No refills and all we ordered was water to drink. We had 2 kids meals and received those very last. Will not be coming back. Didn’t even get offered a discount or store credit for such horrible service and such a long wait. Over 7 other tables were seated, served, and checked out just while we waited for the incorrect orders to be fixed. HORRIBLE.
Waiting for a table, seeing most of the tables empty, I decided after 20 minutes to just place a to go order. While waiting for my to go order, I heard someone else be told they only had 1 server. 20 traditional wings and fries. That was my order. 1 hour and 6 minutes after placing my order, I finally asked how much longer it was going to take and was then given my food. And then waited a few more minutes for my sauce. The Smyrna, TN, Buffalo Wild Wings is by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.
Terrible service! If you want to dine without having a bad mood, please do not come here. They will ruin your mood repeatedly.
You should not open both to-go and restaurant seating if you only have one waitress and one person to handle seating and to-go orders. Obviously there is an issue in the kitchen as well because I just waited over an hour for 30 wings. Even a warning would have been nice.
