Just tried to get some ice cream, but was told they wasn't serving ice cream, but boy did it look good in the display case, my daughter left crying wanting ice cream, so I guess Baskin Robbins is not an ice cream place anymore??, Just serving doughnuts and coffee I guess, really be nice to know where to get the ice cream I grew up with, why advertise ice cream on the menu boards but can't order any???!
I was very disappointed....I went through the drive-thru and tried to order. They were out of waffle cones, bananas, and spoons!! They gave us taste tester spoons which was completely unacceptable.They couldn't just run to Walmart, and get some spoons or anything. I went to park and they brought more spoons in and they ended up being more taste tester spoons. More people started to walk in, but they just walked right out when they heard about the unacceptable news. As I drove off I see them goofing around just dancing and think that they're so funny. This is completely unprofessional and very disappointing. I would not recommend this place I would rather go to McDonald's, and probably get better service. I would definitely give this place 0 stars if possible.
i went to this location and got a two milkshake that was so runny it looked like a cup a milk, had zero flavor tasted straight up like nothing. second i ordered 3 Reese’s cup sundaes that are supposed to be layered with peanut butter, icecream, hot fudge. I get a cup of nothing but Reese’s flavor ice cream and my total was 37$. Definitely would not recommend. absolutely absurd.
Walked in with a family of four, I’m sure our bill would of been around $30 bucks, but the employees were too busy talking about there history class and how ridiculous it was, so they had no concern for us and left us waiting for over 3 minutes as they continued there conversations. No welcome, or care that we were waiting to be served. As a manager of a bank and a Sales Manager of an agency my husband and I were discussed by the service and walked out. Ended up going to Janarty’s a local spot that greeted us when we walked in and helped us spend the $30 ticket we would have spent with you if you had people that cared we were there! My husband and I pride ourselves on coaching and leading a team of people to produce a positive experience for our customers, looks like you need to check in on your management and figure out why they don’t know how to motivate a team to produce the results.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! What a ridiculous group of individuals 'working here'! Most employees working on Friday night were standing around talking and wouldn't even acknowledge us as we stood there waiting to order. ONE girl was working, apparently covering for all the other losers that work there. As I sit writing this review they quickly reverted back to standing around and not actually working. I wish I could give this location less than one star. If this is their work ethic, these people are future failures. Go to Janarty's up the street for handmade ice cream. We Googled it after such a disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins. Time to close this location.
Its obvious they have great ice cream. Its a little pricey if you have a bunch of kids.
Ordered a birthday cake for my cousin and we were so excited to go and pick up her cake. But we were informed last minute of a business meeting and couldn’t make it on time so I wanted to call and cancel or change my order to delivery or to a later pick up time. However I called 20 times and no one picked up then I proceeded to call Dukin 5 times and no one picked up. Then was given no refund although I tried to contact them.
Every time I've went they say they are out of everything. I believe the young teens who work there just don't want to spend the time making stuff on the menu. They just want to scoop pre made ice cream in a cup. Management is bad and does not enforce work ethic.
Price charged was not correct. It wasn't worth going back for a dollar, but very irritating. Sign said and the girl agreed the snickers and reeses sundaes were $4.49 each but was charged $4.99 each. Please correct this.
My daughter's and my ice cream cone was melt d and dripping before they even handed it to us at the window. We had to pull over in the parking lot, get out and eat there.
