Food was okay ! Staff was not the most sociable.. They barely give you enough sauce and charge extra for more. Had to try it and was not impressed.
Very nice staff, food was hot and came out quickly. They even got our order correct.
They gave us regular bread. Really? I will NEVER come here again. Also, the chicken was NASTY NASTY NASTY. I could tell the chicken was frozen then fried fast and hard. It was cooked too crunchy on the outside and the inside wasn’t well done. Just disgusting. Save yourself from wasting your time and money and just go to Chick FIL A. They’re always consistent!
The cashier couldn't count money my bill was $34. Some change gave her $35 then had to go back over repay $4 my order was wrong didn't get correct sauceWasn't offered a drink carry had to carry three drinks two bags to car it's always something here if you won't wrong order go to Zaxby's on 25 the in Cleveland it's been so long since I been here I thought I give it another try same situation just different day time need better management to hire train their employees before leaving them on register
Smallest wings I ever seen lol. Got the 5 piece and 2 of them were smaller than quarters. All of them might have made 2 it at the most 3 normal boneless wings. Oh well they were good though.
Was always curious about Zaxby's and finally tried it, not a fan. This particular restaurant was clean and the crew very friendly but I just didn't care for the seasonings they use on the chicken. Once I got past the seasonings the chicken was extremely moist. My daughter enjoyed her salad and the sweet tea did not disappoint.
Service great, efficient. Ordered signature sandwich, fries-- both kind of lukewarm rather than piping hot as I prefer. Was 5:30 pm Friday night. Its Covid times and I'm in America. Great to have food at all and with humans working! Thank you for your service!!!
Waited in line for 30 minutes, waited on food for 20 minutes after ordering, and received cold fries and warm, salty chicken. At least 6 people working. Unit needs managed.
Took 35 minutes to get food. 1 customer waited almost 10 minutes ahead of me. 2 cars pulled out of line during that customer. They got tired of waiting. Thank goodness they left. Would have been even longer wait. Quality of chicken strips average at best. Was not as tender as most chicken strips I've had at most competitors. I would have not mind the wait as much if the quality of the food was better. I understand how hard it is to hire.
I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was very juicy and tender I will be ordering this again.
