The manager put all the blame on an employee, because they ran my card but didn’t have the salad? Or the potato I tried to order.The manager also asked if I could come back tomorrow?! For my refund? Because she was leaving.I got zero food.What?????! Like.Also if your employee isn’t properly trained, that’s not on the employee don’t blame them, blame yourself. That shows bad management.It’s 8pm, literally do better.
Every time I have ate at this location I have to go back inside if I chose drive thru to have my order corrected. Also if I dine in. They never put bacon on the Jr bacon sandwiches. Try it out for your self. There customer service isn't good either. Someone is always on there mobile phone in the drive thru windows too.
Everytime I see the soft welcoming glow of the Wendy's sign I reminded that no matter how hard life gets I can just drive up to my local Wendy's and order a fresh and never frozen quality cheese burger along with a smile.
just got back from there and will never again go back to this location, went in because i was craving a chili and cheese baked potato. when i got there there was a lady in the parking lot that works there, the side door wasn't working so had to walk around to the front, went to kiosk to place my order which i was YELLED to be told it wasn't working as well and this is a fairly new store. the lady taking orders was so very slow, could only do one customer at a time and what i mean is takes the order then waits on the order to come up prepared then she bags it and serves the customer then goes to wait on another and no they weren't short handed, as i said at first about a lady in the parking lot, she went in and out 3 times while i was standing there, i finally gave up as i only get 45 mins. for lunch, i went across the street to A&W and was three in front of me there and when i was being handed my order i saw to couple that was in front of me at this Wendys where just walking out with there order so i made the right decision. this is only the 3rd time i have went to the new location but it has been a hassle every time i have been and today is the last i will go, to many choices in that area...get it together Wendys
I ordered door dash at work and got my favorite sandwich. The spicy chicken Asiago ranch club. Well apparently it’s easy to miss absolutely everything about that order that makes it an Asiago ranch club. I got a spicy chicken breast on a bun with a single piece of lettuce. No ranch. No bacon. No Asiago cheese. The whole point of the sandwich.
Got 3 breakfast sandwiches with what was supposed to be free large frosticinnos. The coffees were terrible with no frosty in it whatsoever. I didn't get a receipt but it felt like $24 was a bit more than I should have paid. Won't go back.
Usually they do so good. Today I was disappointed considering I paid for a Dave's double but what I received was a Dave's single with a cold hamburger patty. I went on my lunch break to grab some food and didn't have time to address their mess up. I honestly wouldn't have been super upset if my patty was at least warm.
Rhoda is Always a sweetheart and takes care of my order correctly and takes her time instead of rushing my order through and getting it wrong. I love when she takes my order. It makes me happy when I come and she here because I know she’ll take good care of me.
My husband and I had been Christmas shopping a couple hours so wanted something fresh, so Wendy's here we come. My husband always gets his Dave's original double patty, and you can definitely taste the difference because of it being fresh ground beef, I got the new bacon and ranch chicken, and a small fry, the new fries are amazing and the chicken was so juicy and tender. The last time we went I got a chicken salad and it was like it all just came out of the garden.
Food was good. Kids really enjoyed it.
