First time we've stopped in at a Friday's in quite awhile but We was reminded real fast!! As you can see for yourself...the twisted taters was burnt which I don't mind but I was sharing and he did! The Cheesesticks...as you can see wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese! ? Tater Skin he got in his combo...just nasty! Needless to say.....all of our didn't get ate. He also got wings in his combo but he ate those. Nothing else got finished!! ONLY thing good was the waitresses!! My advice would be to find a different place to eat with higher quality food for the price!!! Just sayin'.....

Well the food here is always OUTSTANDING but you have to pay the pri$e. We visited from out of town and was denied any online special pricing for the food due to "we are a tourist town and do not honor the discounted pricing" said by our server. Good service with getting our drinks and also gave us "to go" cups for our soft drinks. Love, love, love the mozzarella sticks here!!

The food was great. We were straight seated there was 15 of us. The staff was awesome and friendly. The food came out hot, delicious and fast.

Food was good and hot . Use to go there alot when I was in So. Cal.

Haven't been for awhile very good. I got 2 bourbon burger sliders with Mashed Potatoes, yummy! My husband got wings with fries. He said they were good

Service was excellent today. No waiting to seat, order quickly and food come out perfectly and fast. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!

We make a trip to Gatlinburg multiple times a year and we always come to this Friday's. Why? Very friendly service, great food and great atmosphere. Never letdown at all. Thanks for being such a great place because back at home the TGI Fridays has closed down so we miss it dearly.

The waitess was super sweet. Upon request she did bring one pack of two crayons and a single sheet of paper for three young children to share. Obviously an only child! The food was excellent though.

We moved to Tennessee from Ohio, where our local Fridays closed their doors. We were excited to get the opportunity to eat there again, as it was once one of our favorite restaurants. The restaraunt was pretty empty. The server seemed as if he was inna rush to take our order, the 3rd trip back to our table to ask, we managed to tell him what we wanted. The fries arrived limp and lukewarm, as though they'd been sitting for a while. The Philly eggs rolls had absolutely no flavor at all. The coleslaw was just plain nasty and had a brownish color to it. We ate half of our sandwiches and went on our way. Disappointed.

Good. Typical. Staff was ok. Managers were ok. Slow...most were just standing & chatting 8n the kitchen... but all was fine.
