Take out only! They don’t even have outside seating. It’s almost April 2022 and COVID is pretty much over. COVID’s become an excuse for fast food workers to be lazy because they don’t want to clean up after customers when it’s their job
will NEVER go to a Taco Bell again because of this experience. I had ordered something, and made sure I asked 3 DIFFERENT TIMES to take off something I am allergic to. I made it so specific that I am allergic and I cannot consume it. Sure enough, I get home and everything I asked for off of the meal is on my order. Before I left they assured me it was correct since I asked 3 times, and then I went to call up and explain, mind you I’ve never made a review in my life, or am the one to complain. A girl named Brittney answered the phone, and basically told me she didn’t care that it was wrong, after I explained to her that I was very allergic. The most disrespectful person I’ve ever talked to while ordering food. This one experience alone will definitely keep me from going to another Taco Bell again. I advice anyone to go to any other Taco Bell if anything, this one has to be the worst with the most uncaring, disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen. I don’t know who this Brittney girl was, maybe an employee or manager, but she needs to never be working for the company, or at least learn manors first before having any type of job for that matter.
For me, Taco Bell never disappoints.This location, tonight, had possibly the most friendly drive-thru service out there — helpful, easy to understand, cheerful…The food was good, served hot and each item was hearty.Thanks for the good tacos and good vibes!
The staff was good and the food came out pretty fast. However the order accuracy was not as good. We had asked for no sour cream on a few items and when we opened out items it had sour cream on it.
We always order through the app. The food is usually always fresh and delicious but later at night it can get a little hit or miss. The last time I ordered I picked up my food and drove home. When I got home a few of the tacos had leaked through the bag and created a hole in the bottom of the bag.
We went inside and ordered and then they tell us the lobby is closed and they had garbage cans lined up to prevent anyone from sitting down. They let us order, took our money and then told us the dinning area is closed. When we got our food and then noticed that they missed up the order. We was wasnt surprised because they had 10 people behind the counter and they are to lazy to open the lobby so them being to lazy to get the order right was not a shock.
The employees are always pleasant . I had left my c.c. in there and I had called twice, then stopped in. Each time I called, the manager talked with me and was not put out, checked the safe , lmk, and etc. The next day while I was waiting for The Mgr. To get my card, I just observed. Well, now I see why they have cars hold back. They were short staffed and training a new employee. Everyone was pleasant, and 3 employees out of 4 Had acknowledged me at the counter, after The Mgr. Had already greeted me while he was patiently training a young woman. It actually was a pleasure to watch. When the Mgr. Had asked one of the window helpers to jump in so he could go to get my c.c....she smiled, and took over pleasantly. After years of working in the public with numerous personalities...I was just happy everyone was working together w/o ego clash, rolling of the eyes, and etc! Thank you ! I will be driving thru to pick up lunch!
I had to make a decent sized order. I didn't get the managers name but he was very nice and helpful. Got my order done in 15 minutes and didn't seemed bothered at all. I thank them very much...
Will pressure you to submit a false review while waiting for food in drive-through offer you free food for doing it, then proceed to not give you the free food and forget items in your order. I'm disappointed in you Rhonda.
I have no idea how they make such a simple food worse than any other Taco Bell within 10 miles. Literally everything,burrito, quesadilla or a taco either cold, cheese not melted, portions smaller than anywhere else. And breakfast been thrown in the trash last two times I got it?
