I hate to give them a 3 star rating but tonight was awful. We're local. We come to this Taco Bell probably at least twice a month. Typically it's great. Tonight all the food was cold. We ordered 2 Beefy Burritos with no sour cream or red strips. Both burritos had red strips. They left a soft taco and doritos taco off the order entirely, but we were charged for the dorito taco. The nacho fries were cold and old. This place has always been great. I'm not sure what happened tonight.
I have been to a lot of Taco Bells. In my experience, they are either phenomenal, or they are as poor as it gets. For Taco Bell standards, this restaurant is top-notch. I have been treated with respect by every employee I made contact with. My food has always been accurate, and they have never sold me anything cold or stale. Today, my nacho cheese was a little bit lumpy on my nacho fries (visited around 3:30pm), but the service was very fast and the night crew has never done that to me.
We order the big box of Supreme tacos we pay for it and no Supreme twice now and specifically asked they are Supreme right? The girl says yes and they are not so annoying so unfortunately from now we have to hold up the line and check our food before leaving
This Taco Bell used to be great! Not sure if it is under new management or new staff but the service is so slow that my last two trips will be my last to this particular Taco Bell! They left food off my order and they aren't open inside so I would have had to wait in the line again to get my food so I said to heck with it! I was third in-line and I placed my order online before arriving it said my food would be ready by 4:25 it was 4:50 by the time I got my food! I ordered a couple boxed meals and everything was thrown in one bag and I asked for mild sauce and of course non was in the bag when I got home! Taco Bell people work hard for their money and choose to spend it with you!!!!!!! Do better! Ridiculous
Especially considering the volume they see, this is a very, very good location. In the past ten years, they've never gotten my order wrong, and only forgotten an empanada once. I wish TB would stop cutting their menu down, and the wait can be long because of the sheer amount of people that go through the drive-thru, but this location is excellent.
Came to this location even though we were staying in Pigeon Forge. The road Google maps took us on to avoid Dolly Parton Pkway was quite the..... ummm, adventure lol. Quick Service. The Cantina Crispy Chicken taco with avocado ranch sauce was good and the Cheesy Gordita crunch is always a great go to

It's Taco Bell. You either love it or you hate it. This location is usually pretty busy, but they keep up pretty well. There is one girl there who has zero business working the drive through speaker, but you don't get her often.
