The young lady who was serving my mother was not very friendly at all and I wanted to take my mother out of there and let her not purchase but she really wanted a Subway sandwich but the experience with this young lady who was making the sandwiches had some issues going on was not pleasant was it nice our first time being there and we have been having some pretty good experiences here in Tennessee no social distancing restroom is open to the public no Mass required and is connected to a gas station. Parking was okay
Ordered online 06/14/22 and my order was not right at all. Tried calling store, no answer. So I emailed and asked for a replacement on my order, the response I got in my email today literally thanked me for my business and that was it. No apology, no refund, no credit or replacement, just a middle finger apparently. I would avoid this location as they can not get an order done correctly!

So I usually love this subway just as much as any but today I was stuck at work so I ordered online and had a buddy pick it up for me..... Well he gets here with my food it wasn't the right bread I paid for added bacon and there wasn't any and I also had put "less" on the mayo and ranch and it was way over done like who ever made my order did not read the order other thank it was a sweet onion teriyaki I also didn't ask for spinach and got that even tho I paid extra for guacamole I also didn't get that either I'm highly upset because I am a regular customer and have been for about 7 years not who ever was working today had no care in reading the order
A quick stop to grab something to eat. It wasn't crowded and the employee was very nice. She listened and created my stomach to my liking just as any other Subway establishment I have visited.

I can't remember the ladies name but she was the best server I have had it a very long time. It was around 11pm and that lady needs to teach everyone how to do a great job like her. She needs a good raise. Food was delicious and fresh.
I went for a late night snack around 11 pm the sub tasted great but there was only one employee and she was amazing.There was a VERY long line and the phone was ringing off the hook, so one person shouldn't be working no matter how good that person is.
Great subway location, great staff. They always make a delicious sandwich.
