We have stopped here off n on over the last couple years while we're in town. Never had a bad experience, service is good. They have always fixed our orders correctly. The parking lot and drive thru is very badly set up. That's the only issue I have with this store. If the drive thru is backed up, then no one that parked to go in can get out of the parking spaces.
The mobile order pick-up is near the registers...the opposite of every Starbucks I've been in. After waiting for 5 minutes and not hearing my name, I asked where my order was. She was rude and told me the mobile orders are down there and laughed. Won't be back here. Just not friendly, never acknowledged me, never asked if I had a mobile order LIKE EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS I'VE BEEN IN.
I asked for strawberry lemonade without ice. At the window when I noticed it has ice I mentioned it and without ice they just dumped the drink to different cup and it showed up 2/3 of the cup. Drink have been already watered up by ice what made it no flavor and disgusting. They make it with dried fruits what is even grosser by them calling it refresher.
Coffee was fine.. but is there a way to train employees NOT to grab the cup from the top, putting your hands all over the lid and mouth hole?? Jessica seemed to be the worst at it.. glad she didn't make/hand off my coffee
After not having Starbucks for 2 weeks on this vacation I stopped by this one on my way out of town to home.Glad I did. These folks are absolutely the greatest. They have that southern hospitality and graciousness. My drink even tasted better than what I get from Starbucks in the north. Who knew?! Lol.
The best place ive tried for breakfast food! My friend and I went through their drive through yesterday which i must say went by super fast no waiting in line long at all. Their food was hot & fresh & the moca drink i had with moca drizzle was sooooo good. For a new place ive never tried before they did awesome. The person on the com was a little snappy when we ordered, but other than that the food was definitely worth it even if that issue was a minor one. ???
I ordered an iced Matcha it was watery and a bit weak. The location was very busy. And the wait was long. Not really up to par with other Starbucks locations I've been to.
Beautiful location! I got a venti brown sugar shaken espresso and a spinach feta wrap. Both were delicious.
Our drinks had whipped cream (that it wasn't even suppse to have) than coffee! lady taking the order was RUDE. If you are gonna charge a nice price for coffee then you need to hire better people.
Keen attention to detail, friendly, tidy. Nicely done on the decaf pour-over by the way. Would recommend you give one a taste, pourovers always hit the spotThanks again :)
