We came here around 6:30 and the drive thru was pretty packed. We decided to go to a stall instead, since we had a mobile-order anyway. Our food came out about 5-10 minutes later by carhop Lacy. Our kids meal had milk that was forgotten, and he RAN back to get it and bring it out, less than 30 seconds later. No complaints, no frustrated looks, just "ok, be right back."Everywhere is understaffed right now, and finding someone that is working hard and literally running to meet customer orders with a smile on his face? Almost unheard of, and he makes this entire place a 5 in my book.

This sonic is literally a joke, and should just close permanently. Obviously your management can’t handle the job.Tonight we went through, and the system was updating? At 8pm? Really?The other night, they weren’t serving food.It’s always an issue here.Management, upper management needs to do better.

Terrible service. I can understand being understaffed but to completely ignore people who have placed orders and then not be willing to help cancel those orders while being beyond rude it ridiculous. I placed an app order, for One drink and checked in, it showed up on the screen and then disappeared as if it had been fulfilled. After 16 minutes of trying to give the benefit of the doubt knowing places are understaffed, I pressed the button to ask about my order. After a very rude woman said “we’re drive thru only” I quickly mentioned I had already ordered and it had been on the screen and was told “I don’t have any app orders” then was promptly hung up on. After a couple minutes of trying to figure out if I could cancel through the app I pressed the call button again to ask to cancel my order and was promptly hung up on after another rude “we’re drive thru only” so I get in the drive thru lane don’t move for 2 minutes and a much nicer man comes up and asks if I had an app order, verified my name and apologized, the only positive to this visit. The drink however was so syrupy it couldn’t even be consumed and there was none of the real fruit that was supposed to be in it. This visit was a complete waste of time and money.

No carhop service!! Took them 15 mins to tell us it was drive thru only. Only ordered sweet teas and they didn't have any made had us pull to a parking spot to wait till they made it then they forgot us!! Had to go to the front and talk to them before they remembered and still got it wrong!!! NEVER AGAIN Will we visit here!!!!

We received terrible service here. Pulled in stall 5 and placed our order. 5 minutes later, the screen changed to say our order was complete and Lacy, our carhop, would be right out. We waited 10 minutes, and no one showed up. We pressed the stall button again. Nathan asked us for our order. We told him we wanted our food that we never got. He told us "oh it just came up", be right out with it. Another 5 minutes went by. We walked up to the store entrance where Nathan asked us what we needed. Again we told him we wanted our food! As we headed back to the car, he followed shortly behind us. He handed us the order in a bag which was ripped 3/4 the way down the side, so tots fell out into the floorboard of the car. When we checked the order, he had also given us cheesy bites that were supposed to be tots. He did try to fix that by quickly replacing all the tots and the cheesy bites; but by then, the rest of our dinner was cold, and we were starving and extremely irritated. We will not be back again. I don't know if this place is understaffed or just poorly staffed, more than likely a combination of the two. I have been here multiple times mainly because it's the closest one to me and every time they have screwed up my order in one way or another and on top of that probably the slowest sonic I've ever been to.

This is terrible… if i could give it one star I would.Here’s how the conversation wentUs: “I need six blue raspberry nerds slushes”Employee:“Two blue raspberry slushes, that’ll be 5.79”“No I had six.”“So two more?”“No I had six total”*Sits in silence*“Okay pull around”So we pull around and she says“Okay 2 raspberry slushes 5.79”“We actually had six”“Oh yea I had to ring it up separately, I misheard you”So she hands us the receipts after she rings it up and then proceeds to hand us FIVE slushes…..“We still need one more I need six.”So she finally gives us the sixth slush and we drive away.They were completely liquid and had ZERO nerds. One person said they tasted one single nerd but were not even sure that was a nerd… ?So not only did we have to ask SEVERAL times for the correct amount of slushes, but they were disgusting.

Today in pigeon forge… better than it has been in years… food was great!! The carhop was awesome she had a personality… ask me if I was happy to see her… heck yeah she had my food!!!

Just sat in Drive thru for 10 minutes while the car in front of us had 4 orders this is why u need the stalls open. We were then informed it would 5 five more minutes before they could take my drink order. All the while I watched a employee come from the bathroom go to his car and then back to the bathroom 3 times. If he was inside helping im sure it wouldn't have been a 15 minute wait. Look I get short handed but this was ridiculous. It's sad cause this place use to be really good now if I want Sonic I know I gotta go elsewhere.

Literally what do I even pay for? Just Soft serve ice cream ? Because I’m pretty sure a blast is supposed to have candy pieces in it…. But I guess not. Yet fast food wants $15 an hour
