I've never been disappointed at shoney's and this location is no exception. We love their barbecue and all the rest of their fixings especially they're great sauces. I am sure you will agree so I highly recommend you give them a try.We love barbecue and have tried a lot of them in the area and continue to go back to shoney's because they're the best.
Our waitress Anne was amazing ! She worked her butt off & was the sweetest . It’s so hard to find waitresses like her these day ! & it’s been awhile since we’ve been to this shoneys .. they’ve done a ton of updates. The place looks great but the real star is ANNE !!
We love the Shoney's breakfast buffet bar, so we had to stop in for breakfast while we were in town on vacation. We arrived at the right time to get breakfast and lunch on the buffet. The service was great, we had a super nice waitress, and food was great.
Oh my goodness! Recently remodeled and absolutely delish! We had the breakfast bar and it was yummy, everything was hot and fresh, coffee and OJ was good and the staff was super friendly.
Wow. I haven't been to a Shoneys in years, and this place was fantastic. You can get an entree and buffet, or just order the buffet. I went before the dinner rush, around 4:30pm. Our waitress was very attentive and super friendly. The food on the buffet had noticeably been out for a little while, but they were refreshing everything while we were there to prepare for dinner service. The meatballs and cheeseburgers were fantastic. Definitely give this place a try.
Breakfast was awesome, but lunch was HORRIBLE. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR IN ANY OF THE FOOD AND TATSED LIKE THE MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY CAME OUT OF A CAN? I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE BREAKFAST. THAT IS WHY I GABE THEM 2 STARS. FOR THE BREAKFAST.
I got 3 breakfast buffets to-go and that was the best breakfast we had while in the mountains for our vacation. The food was so good, warm, and the variety was great, being able to pack a box and 2 small cups with whatever I wanted for each person was exactly what the doctor ordered.Biscuits and sausage and gravy, eggs (some for us and some for our dog ?) bacon, fruit, danishes, grits, small pancakes and syrup... Oh my.Way better than a huge plate of pancakes somewhere just for the novelty of eating flapjacks in the mountains.I would rate 5 stars but they forgot to give me my drinks after I paid for them... And after being on the road and in a motel for days... I Really needed that chocolate milk instead of coffee and soda.But the food was good, the people were friendly and the place was clean.Thanks guys!
Stayed in Pigeon forge for 3 days. Tried all the pancake places.... Shoneys on the way out of town the last morning was the first good breakfast we had. Staff was amazing, food on buffet was fresh and delicious. 10 times better then the over priced places we had eaten at all the other days. Our server Timothy was great, thanks for the great experience, keep up the good work.
I was really pleased with this Shoneys. I ordered hot fudge cake like they made it 60 years ago... loaded with hot fudge! It came just as I requested and boy, was it good! The rest of our experience was also excellent: fast, polite, and correct.
Outstanding!! Above and Beyond Outstanding Service!! The whole staff from the front to the kitchen!!! Smiling faces and ready to go!! We had major power outage and snow close to 6 inches. The staff was ready with a Hot meal and Hot coffee. Our server Anne was EXCELLENT!! Thank You to All the Staff you all performed EXCELLENTLY!!!
