I used to LOVE this place, but over the years it has gone downhill. It’s been shut down a few times because the health score was awful. I went there to give it one more try last night and was highly disappointed. The picture below is of the desert I had. There was a bug on it, now that’s not too big of a deal but it didn’t stop there. I had some of the crawfish and it tasted like cleaner and was too tough to even chew. I could go on and on about all of the visual problems, but I will leave that up for someone else to decide. Also, some nights depending on what you eat, you’ll get sick. I’ve gotten food poisoning from here before and I will not be returning anymore.

All I can say is wow! For the price $11 and the amount of food they have, you can't complain(Wed,Sat,Sun). Even a chef will grill for you. I haven't been to a Chinese/Japanese buffet this cheap in 2 decade. Only here in Tennessee. You spend more money at a fast food than this and can't be satisfy. Server can be slow because their very busy but who give a Sh... As long as I have water. Hope you tip. A+++

One of the best Chinese/Japanese Buffets I have been to. I thought it was going to be 10$ buffet but it ended up being 14$ out the door. Still worth it. Good sushi and tons of options for other food, both hot and cold. Also has a ice-cream and dessert bar too! I am very glad I stopped by and had a tasty quick meal here. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes good food and wants some options. The place could be a little more updated but the food was on point!

Love this place! Buffet is amazing so many options to choose from even plenty of options for the kiddos who don’t like Japanese food. Pizza, chicken nuggets, french fries and chicken wings. Along with anything you would want

First off, it was extremely overpriced. There was one person at the counter, so he would take payment and then run parties to their respective tables and come back to the counter to start the process over again. It took us over 30 minutes to be seated with dozens of empty tables available and we were left blocking the entryway, along with the newcomers. Everything is jam packed into small space in the buffet area and it is literally impossible to get through without getting bumped into. There is very little rhyme or reason to the layout of the food on the buffet or to the layout of the restaurant in general. Most of the dishes were not labeled. The restaurant is far from clean and in our entire visit I didn’t see anyone attempting to clean. The food tasted decent, but was in no way worth the wait or price we paid for it. The place has potential but it needs some serious overhaul.

My wife is asian and was craving asian food so despite mixed reviews we went here. Food is the standard Asian buffet stuff but everything just tasted subpar. also the dessert area is immediately outside the disgustingly filthy bathrooms, so..yeah;not eating dessert. Place was crowded but I think many folks just like gorging at asin buffets evey when it is low quality or they just don't know the difference. I observed kitchen staff carrying stacked trays of food to the line(bottom of pan touching food in pan below it) to place on the buffet, seems unsanitary.

The price is very fair for the amount and variety of food that is available here. There is a hibachi grill where you can have the chef make your mixture of ingredients and there are enough sushi rolls to satisfy those who like that too.The servers refilled drinks and cleared dirty dishes quickly and the food was refilled when it emptied and there was always somebody storing the different containers to make sure that the food didn’t get too stale until it was replaced. Each dish was well seasoned especially for a buffet and the price we paid was only $9.95 plus your drink. This has been the best value we have run into during our stay so far in Pigeon Forge.

Probably the best buffet ever. Beats them all! Everything is so hot and fresh! Don't burn ur mouth! I did! Mmmmm

Should have listened to the other reviews. This was without question the worst restaurant quality I’ve experienced in my entire life. There were only 2 prepared dishes (chicken with broccoli and beef with broccoli), with everything else some form of deep fried and sauced chicken. The items were fried tough and over-sauced; butchered with bone and gristle remaining, completely inedible. The lone fish was bone-in tilapia, which was offered steamed with skin-on, and deep fried with skin-on, which was perhaps the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen!! As we sat there, regretting our decision to eat here, we listened to others complaining at their table how terrible the food was. The interior was dank and depressing, and smelled and felt of the humid stench of steamed fish and fake crab meat. Sitting here in the car afterward, our clothes, skin and hair stinks, and we completely regret wasting time and $11.50 each after tax with water for lunch. This place should be shut down; it exists by taking advantage of tourists and poor, diabetic locals. Mostly regret the loss of our time that could’ve been spent at other places nearby for a decent meal.

Good food, but not a lot of choices on the buffet. It's an older place so it looks a little run down. A good price though.
