Wonderful service, our waiter Donald was amazing
Our waiter Danny was great!!! We really enjoyed having him as our server!!! He also helped me celebrate my upcoming birthday on Saturday! ?
I went to this Red lobster with my mother, grandmother and fiance for his birthday dinner. The steaks was so tender they fell apart in your mouth. The waitress was nice and made sure that we had drinks and biscuits when we wanted them. I was very happy with this experience, the only thing that would have made it better would have been some nice classical music, I mean it is a seafood restaurant: when I go to a nicer restaurant like this I expect nice music not some smorcas board.
My wife and I went out for a date night and ordered the surf and turf dinner for 2. My steak was excellent and the lobster tail was a little bit smaller than what i expected was really good and it was as advertised. The waitress was very good even though they were busy. She was friendly and always made sure our drinks were full and we had plenty of cheesy garlic biscuits. Great experience.
One of the best experiences by far. Joseph was our waiter, and on top of his game. Very polite, excellent service, and knowledgeable on product. If you get a chance to visit, and your lucky enough to experience this fine waiter. You will feel blessed. Chance gave me this guy, and made the day much better. Thank you Joseph! Seated right away at 4:00. Greeted immediately by Joseph. Got our bread and drink orders right away. Ordered, got salad, then our orders in a timely manner. Food was perfect! Joseph was extremely attentive and personable! Best waiter we’ve had in the area! Will return on a regular basis! ????
Service was excellent SUNDAY night, 3/ 27/22. We did have to wait for a table - we were a party of 6. A sign out front said that a party of 10 or more could not be accommodated due to shortage of staff. Thank goodness we only had 6!Dawson, our waiter, was cordial and efficient. We only waited a little bit for drink refills. He was prompt with everything else. Josh brought our meals, and he was pleasant & even recognized an old school mate in our party! The food was very good: eggplant parmigiana, shrimp scampi, 2 salmon, rigatoni/sausage. I enjoyed my unlimited salad & soup (Gnocchi). The bread was hot, fresh, and soooo good. We were so hungry that we forgot to take photos!We took home leftovers, even if we didn’t have much to take home! A young lady by the cash register was sweet to take our group picture. Came out great!

We visited on 03/21/2022 at 6pm. We were instantly seated by a very nice hostess. Candy was our waitress. Not only was she very patient (we had two elderly ladies in our party) she was a top notch waitress. We ate all you can eat shrimp, our drinks were never empty. The place was busy, but you would have never known that with the attention Candy gave us. She was absolutely amazing. We never caught a manager to brag about her but praised her over and over. I will request her from now on. Food was good, hot, and quick to arrive.
Took the wife here for Valentine's Day. She had a chocolate beverage from the bar called a mud slide. We each had a generous portion of various types of shrimp and the cheddar Bay biscuits were fabulous as always. Was told the weight for a table was going to be a little more than an hour and we were seated in about 25 minutes which was a pleasant surprise.
