The air conditioner was broken and we could not enjoy our food while eating???
Havent had Popeyes in along time. The chicken was great and the red beans and rice was amazing.The drive thru was not busy and the lady was very polite.I recommend this location in Sevierville, great location and easy access from the parkway.
Ordered surf and turf and a tackle box...waited 20 minutes. Asked for order update and was asked what was ordered. I told him and he said he'd look into it. Waited ten more minutes. My order came but had NO french fries with either order and only one side of Cole slaw. We did get four biscuits for two orders. Worse than that.... To He meals be were cold. Won't go back!
Cashier needs another job not friendly. Orderedbeignets never got got with meal had to get after meal.Fish sandwich was luke warm and not tasty at all.We want ever go back that is for sure.
I was in town on a getaway and I left my wallet at the store. I have my entire life in my wallet, not to mention I was 200 miles from home. I didn’t catch the employees name but my ticket says Shasta, she put my wallet in the office for safe keeping. She was honest and did the right thing. That speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. The world we live in today, finding someone with integrity is hard to come by. She saved my vacation and I am so so thankful for her. I hope Popeyes recognizes what a valuable asset she is the company and treats her well. I honestly can’t thank her enough.
I ordered food a few days ago before they closed when i went out there from out of town. They forgot my order, but gave my mom her order. I called them very next morning and they replaced the food for me. They are very nice people and apologized for the issues. When people do make seperate orders please make sure they double check it to make sure they gave everything out. ? Love their food as well. ♡
Didn't tell me until after I got there and after I had already paid for the order on the app that they didn't even have one of the main items I had ordered as well a couple side items. Then what I did get wasn't fully cooked! Very disappointed. The only okay thing was the niceness of the lady that waited on me thru the drive thru. Probably won't go back for awhile.
Only 2 employees working, and working hard! Bathrooms need maintenance.Chicken sandwich, excellent. Close race with chick fil aFries, very good. Waffle fries are betterMac n chz..so so.People need to get to working.The 2 ladies working this morning need a bonus.
I hate to say this because we have always had good food at Popeyes, and we have been to quite a few. The chicken was really dried out, the peices really small, were luke warm (definitely not freshly fried) and the flavor of the cole slaw was really off. The person waiting on us said they had no specials going on but we have coupons that said different. We paid over $33 for a meal and have a coupon for $17.99 (a little less chicken) It really pains me to say this but we probably will not be going back to this Popeyes. They really need to step up their game!
Even being understaffed everyone does their job with a smile on their face. The food is always hot and tasty. If your ever in Sevierville you should stop by and eat.
