We just left and I usually love their food but this time the wait staff ruined it for us. We were the only two people in the restaurant with 3 staff. It was a long wait but we sat without drinks for at least 10min after we ordered. Once our food come out (30min+ After we arrived) it was COLD and that’s when they noticed we needed another drink. If the wait staff could do more than laugh, sing and chat then we might have gotten hot food and had a great experience as always. The food was still good, just cold!

We walked in to have a sunday lunch this past sunday. We waited and then were seated at a table as we were we noticed a girl waitress with her head laying down. We were tring to get my family seated at a table. The cushion on the table seat was gone or need some major attention to be redone. When you go to sit on the cushion. We were still tring to figure it out when i was tring to politely wait to ask the waitress as she was sweeping the floor of crumbs on the floor right behind one of my family memebers. I asked about anoher table as their was a section closed in another area. she said we could have another cushion table as i tried but the seat was gone and worn out. She stated but not the round one and repeat and repeat it to me its for her big party. We were the only one there other than one couple and three or four cars in the whole lot at approx 3pm ish as i asked her and was talking to her she just walked away ... With A MAJOR ATTITUDE !! This one lost a min of $100.00 and let it walk out the door.. Think about before you go to this place " trust me" .. The worst restaurant i have ever walked into . Right Down the road a couple miles is a excellent Mexican place on the same side across from food city. You will be surprised at the food and service.. " Take your family to a good place"
Stopped today for lunch chimichanga wasn’t fried fresh and the chicken inside was old to the point of almost being rancid. I spoke to the waitress about it and returned the dish. Nothing else was offered or taken off our bill. Also their website needs updating as our meals were $2 to $3 more than what the website says.

Service was great, food was good. But this is the only Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to with no margaritas.
Not good! Chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly, wife's chicken was hard as rock. Rice was very cold. The kids' cheese quesadillas were the worst, just shredded cheese barely melted. Yet this place was WAY more expensive than the other places. We asked for a manager and they wouldn't get one, instead they got an attitude saying that we were complaining about food and price when really they were both bad. They should definitely look at the other reviews that have been left instead of cutting an attitude. VERY RUDE! We paid $50 and left starving! Not a fan! Don't go here! Still trying to process how terrible of an experience this was, shouldn't happen! We deserve a REFUND!!!
This have to be the best Mexican restaurant in Tennessee please if you have time go and eat there my favorite is the texan burrito ?
