I don’t know what has happened to this location, We have ordered an eaten from this Pizza Hut for eight years and this past two months have been terrible the food orders are wrong the food doesn’t taste good there’s been so much sauce at one time that we threw the whole pizza away and they don’t make up for anything they do wrong this particular time it’s just terrible
We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of cheesesticks for delivery. 2 hours later no delivery. I called to inquire about the order and was placed on hold then hung up on. $68 spent no food so I called back and the manager was rude and yelling at me. She said her employee changed my order to pick up. After 2 hours wouldn't you think something was wrong? I will never order from this place again. She needs a lesson in customer service!
We pulled up to the window because the app said our order was ready. I paid through the app but the guy at the window asked me to pay again. Then he closed the window and took a phone call making us wait 7 more minutes for our pizza that was ready 5 minutes before we rolled up! Horrible service!! If you order from here DONT USE THE WINDOW!
The staff was very unfriendly .the men were the ladies were super nice . The pizza was so good but I hated the way I wAs made to feel like I burdened them to do something g for me .they told me I couldn't eat in .didn't offer .me to order the older man was rude as hell actually then a younger guy was taking my order acted like I wS wasting his time
Poor management with no customer service. When your order is messed up she acts like it is your fault after you wait 2 hours for a delivery. Instead of doing what she can to make things right she yells at the customer. Will not order from them ever again.
On 05/31/2022 we ordered from pizza hut it took 3 hours to get the ordered it sent me a text saying driver had left to deliver after a hour i tried calling the store and they would put you on hold and never answer. The driver had been here a couple of times in the past 2 or 3 weeks and he said he got lost i live less than 10 mins from the store. Never know what you will get from them get a good order 1 time and then 2 orders all wrong.. We ordered pizza and bread sticks tonight and it was the best pizza we ever got from there. Keep up the great work Sevierville Pizza hut employees.
I’m not sure who the gentlemen was that took my order or gave us our pizza through the window today. But bravo!! Best customer service I’ve had an a LONG time. I’ve been in the restaurant business for at least 15 years. Great job!
Great pizza and bread sticks. Delivery was fast and called us when leaving restaurant before coming to condo. Very nice!
Ordered pizza for our youth group in advance. They called 15 minutes before it was to be delivered and said it would be 2 more hours. Had to cancel and we had to find somewhere else to fulfill our order. Little Ceasers had our order ready in 40 min, hot, ready and delicious when y’all failed! Terrible customer service!
My pizza was very thin, like a thin and crispy crust, but I ordered original hand tossed...and it was cold. I only live 10min away from your store. The delivery guy was very nice tho!
