This sub shop has some great subs! Recently, I had an Italian along with a cookie and sweet tea. That tea is GOOOOOD!!! The sun was phenomenal! The best thing, however, is how rich the chocolate chunk cookie is…HOLY MOLY!! It doesn’t get better than that! Get yourself a taste of Penn Station, and see how PENNT-UP your tastebuds have been for something delicious! Trust me – it’s worth the bucks!
This place was awful and this is like the third time giving them another chance. The sandwiches where like trying to eat a brick or something and the fries where the same way and the 2 females that where working was highly rude they where just throwing the stuff around and was like making these weird sounds with there mouth like we had interrupt them or something like one was making the sandwich and stopped 3 times to answer a texts and the other one was like really we have to make more fries come on now she even ask us if we where shore that we wanted fries and if we really needed them? So nope not going here again if you want to waste your money go ahead but don't say I didn't warn you.
My manager recommended me to go to Penn Station next time I head to pigeon forge...I love subs....this place definitely competes with the best subs iv ever had. Get thr cheese steak, seasoned fries and a lrg lemonade...

I had hair cooked into my fries. No one was wearing a hair net. When I told them they didn't seem to care. February 8, 2022. 6:00pm. Our meal cost 29.00 and they didn't do anything about it. You can smell the bathroom from where you eat. A terrible place to eat.
The two girls working tonight did a great job but I felt bad cause it looked like they were being overworked. Food was great and couldn't ask for better customer service!
This is my go to sandwich place. And their wraps are amazing. Somehow the fries are always perfect.

Go to this location often and normally par at best, tonight 8/23/2021 the ladies running the store do an awesome job!Food looked great when they brought it to the table (presentation best it has ever looked) bread wasn’t hard and food was delicious.Great Job!
The manager was super rude. I asked for a sub with turkey and provolone only and they put tomatoes and lettuce on it and when I asked if they could fix it the manager said "should have read the menu" then i asked for a manager and his said "I'm the manager" but with a attitude. I ended up getting a refund in the end. Unless you want terrible service from the manager I suggest going somewhere else to eat.
