The worst Panda Express I've ever been to. They use parboiled rice here, broccoli is still raw, and the noodles is still hard, it needed more water & time to cook it properly. Me & my daughter had to eat what we paid for though, because we're so tired, & hungry, from our trip to Dollywood. We'll be in this area often since we purchased season passes to Dollywood, but I will never eat at Panda Express - Sevierville ever again.

They make "asian" food. You choose how much food you want, you pay them, and then you eat it. You look at the all food before they plate it. Point at the food you want. If you are disappointed with the food, it's your fault because you saw it before you picked it. If you wanted truly authentic asian food, you should have gone to a restaurant with asian staff.

Always out of every type of rice..what the bleep... only issue.... staff good food good... but dang... Chinese restaurant with 1 option of rice...

Our food was awsome! Very fresh and tasty. I was very pleased to see that they were constantly refilling items on the buffet.

Menu is too small and food has barely any flavor. Better off just going to an actual Chinese restaurant not a flavorless franchise

With my family of 3 we got the family pack and it lasted us 2 full meals. Overall amazing place to eat and enjoyed it very much.

Came here a few weeks back and there was no heat on and it was freezing. Decided to give it another try ...same result no heat on at all it was again freezing. . I would add a course on how to operate a thermostat to employee training sad as that may sound.

Food wasn't as fresh as it should be. Got the bottom of the pan on 2 items. No cream cheeze wontons. Not sure if thats the right word

Food is good but staff does not listen to what you want you have to keep repeating your order.

Only one person had gloves on. It was colder inside than it was out and there was snow on the ground. Our food got cold before we even started eating. There was only 3 entrees to pick from. The spring rolls were cold but yet overcooked. They didn't have Tea.
