One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. I do think they were severely understaffed. Ordering took forever, the ice cream machine was broken. The lobby was locked even though the manager said it was open and we could use the restroom. Apparently they do not know how to operate the locking mechanism on the door. The worst part was I paid on my debit card and they never returned it. Luckily, I went back inside and tracked it down. Definitely not a good experience, but the food was all correct aside from the ice creams we ordered.
The taller skinny male manger was so disrespectful to his employees that I was embarrassed for her. She asked for help with drinks because the machines were not working in the restaurant. He rolled his eyes and mumbled at her and then tried to prove her wrong. He was the one that was wrong. So then he had to go back and get drinks in the back just like the counter person asked. They also had signs up about other items not available do to equipment not working. Obviously a management problem at this location.
Ordered a Big Mac... I guess the meat is optional. I took it back to the counter and it was replaced with no issues.
While the service was very good. I asked for light tartar sauce on my two fish sandwich . They put way to much on them.
The young gentleman working that day was so polite and when they realized our fries weren't hot, they took the time to bring us fresh ones to our table
Lady had to ask us to repeat things multiple times and was unable to understand what we were saying. Had to change order multiple times to get a very simple order right.
Was not busy but forgot our fries. Aftrr sorting the order in car we were starting to go to drive thru to get them and they brought them out.
We got 4 double cheese burgers and they were luck warm.would not even melt the cheese.
Typical McDonald's experience. No indoor dining which is not usually a problem but there were no outdoor trash cans, so you have to take your trash with you.
Service was slow... but at least the ice cream machine worked ?
