The cashier was very nice, and helpful. But the food was horrible. I spent $33.00 on food that most of which was thrown out. The QPC was cold, the bread dry and stale, with onions and mustard oozing out the side. The fish was overcooked and dry, the bread again, dry and stale. The cheeseburgers seemed to be old, the cheese congealed to the meat and bread. Fries cold. Had we not been on our way home to PA, the whole order would have been taken back. But I had just buried my mother, and I just wanted to go home. I rarely write bad reviews, but this experience was just awful.
Would rate my experience on May 6 with no stars if I could for 1 staff member at this location. Had ordered food for my family and myself. Needed to have 2 of our burgers made a special way due to allergies. Had to go inside because they forgot to put one of the burgers in the bag in the drive-thru, only to hear one of the girls making fun of how my burger needed to be made. She was loudly expressing her annoyance with the special order. Will not be going back to this location. The rest of the staff was friendly.
I went thru the drive thru window and told them I needed to make 3 orders and then they told me I could only make two and if I wanted to make 3 orders I had to go inside. At 10:00 I parked to go inside and a guy came outside and saw ME about to go inside and literally shut the door closed right in front me. Never going to that McDonald’s again.
Fastest service I ever experienced from a McDonald's. Literally as I put my card up my food was already ready. Clean with friendly crew.
Ordered 3 quarter pounder value meals. One burger over cooked one sandwhich completely wrong had to exchange and sent back all three fries as they were cold. New ones were hot but not salty enough.The dining room didn't have one clean table and the pop machine had spills all over it.
Two sausage/egg mcmuffins for $4.29. I also got hashbrowns and coffee. The coffee is pretty good. Order-taker was a diz but that's not unusual for fast food. Specials for lunch and dinner are good. Open late most nights.
Raw food and orders constantly incorrect. Director did make a promise to get this store in shape so we will see if that happens.Staff is very friendly though so they have that going for them.
Trash! Order 3 meals, but for some reason my fries were cold. So I went back inside to get new fries. The cashier literally took my fries and place them back were the other fries were to be given to another customer. I told him not to do that and simply throw them in the trash. That made me think that's why I originally had cold fries. Train better guys.
I go to this location a lot, yes sometimes I’ve had a bad experience but I always forgive, it happens we are human, y’all make & serve my food that feeds me fr but literally 99.99999% of I have a phenomenal experience, the night shift drive thru crew make me laugh a lot and are all Gs maybe there’s a little confusion about payment today I’m sorry. I place my order usually seconds before arriving so that’s probably why, most times I’m good but yes when you live life in the edge like that payments will take a few seconds to minutes to process. I’ve been visiting this location for 9+ years and will continue to do so! Don’t let negative Nancy’s or Gregory’s bring you down you have a great staff. Morning, Mid Day & Night!
The employees were nice, and they got our food correct. Our kid doesn't like ketchup, mustard, and onions on her cheeseburger, but wants mayonnaise and lettuce added. Everything was right and fairly quick too.
