Sevierville TN - worse service ever! App order - over 20 minutes before they brought food out. Ordered Lg Mocha Frappe’ got a medium. Manager said they don’t serve frappe’s in large cups (paid for a large) Fries were cold & stale. They said order was received by app 5 minutes before they brought food out - lie!! If that were true fries would have been hit!
This newly re-modeled building should have been left alone. It has only 1 register and they encourage customers to use the self serve kiosk to order. Problems are that its so small inside that the kiosk is right by the front door, and if there are more than a few customers, its so crowded you can't get in the door. Took forever for the 3 people trying to understand how to ring up the deal on the App worked. There is no drink station, so if you need a refill, you have to ask someone in the back to get you a refill. The dining room is so blocked off that its hard to maneuver through it. To the designers at corporate who redone this McDonald's should rethink how things are done.
Arrived at 10:50am, asked if I could order chicken nuggets, said not for 10 mins. Didn't receive my food until 10 mins anyway. This is why restaurants like Chick-Fil-Eh are known for customer service but McDonalds doesn't care about their customersShould have just went elsewhere
The audio was distorted at the menu where my order was taken and the employee could not speak English very well. Our order was correct so points for that but our burgers were a sloppy mess! They had ketchup everywhere. Condiments should not be on the outside of both buns.
This place def needs some help manager looks stressed orders messed up will leave you just standing at the counter waiting no one up front to help
They were great! They were busy but got our order out fast! My order was accurate.
Went there at 10:05 to get breakfast by the time I got to the speaker to order they said no longer serving breakfast when asked what time they stop they said 10:30 in was 1035 by the time I ordered!!! So I suggest if you want breakfast get there at 7am
Staff was very polite & helpful despite the mobile order system messing up - one of the nicest people I've ever talked to at a McD's. Order still came out pretty fast, and everything was right. Can't ask for more than that when you're running on fumes and an empty stomach.
Slow service, prices go up every visit. Food is cold. Beautiful new building though.
A great experience. When we ordered two fish sandwich combos, we asked for them to be prepared fresh. When they served us our food it was very hot and the best we had had in a long time. Great service from the young lady and excellent food.
