Found this place online while staying overnight. What a delicious meal and great experience we had here. The salads and garlic rolls were so good and all our meals were great! The sauce is so good and everything tasted fresh and the portions were huge. We had excellent service, too. Highly recommend if you are wanting some Italian food in a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere.
This place is so good I almost want to keep it a secret. This local Italian restaurant is truly a hidden gem! Don't let the connected Exxon make you think this restaurant is anything less than a fine Italian eatery. We ate dinner and tried the sampler appetizer and the pasta trio. Everything, including the enormous garlic bread knots, were phenomenal. We brought back a bunch of leftovers to the room and the teenagers tried it out. They were so impressed that when we asked what they wanted for lunch today, they said MaMa Mia's! We didn't even make it in the door before they were drooling over the rich, amazing food smells. Both times the service was exceptional. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. (Jase is awesome. Give that young man a raise. ?)Every appetizer and entree was exceptional. The mozzarella cheese is fresh. You can't go wrong with those mozzarella cheese sticks. They are more like logs instead of sticks! The delectable desserts have us pondering if we should make another trip there to bring back cake. You cannot beat the prices either! Even with dessert we averaged $20-25 a person and brought back enough food for dinner tonight, too.Thank you to everyone at MaMa Mia's for spoiling us on our trip. You truly made us feel welcomed.
Excellent pizza and garlic knots. The baklava was good but we didn't think it was as great as others did (disappointed we didn't order the cannolis because they looked amazing). Don't be fooled by the plain exterior. Go inside for a great meal!!
We have purchased a home in the area. Finding this delightful restaurant will make our dining quite delicious. The service is very good. The food is excellent. This is a "must try" restaurant.
Happened across this great little restaurant, and since it had such good reviews, we thought we'd give it a try...so glad we did! Don't let the Exxon station in front scare you, this unassuming eatery will not disappoint. From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed and comfortable. Our waitress, Trish, was friendly and oh so pleasant. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, which have gotta be the best homemade ones I've ever had! They're huge, so we brought home three outta five! The side salads were nice and fresh. I ordered the Baked lasagna and hubby had the Eggplant Parmesian, both with generous portions and quite yummy! Lots of cheese. Oh, can't forget the Garlic Knots, they were awesome, so we got an order to go. Brought home a piece of the Severn Deadly Sins chocolate cake for later. A little out of the way for us, but we'd certainly stop again when we're in the area. ?
Great food! The owner was very friendly and outgoing. Our server acted like she didn't want to be there and unless she was coming to the table (we were her only customers) was a ghost.
Y'all this was some of the best Italian food I have ever eaten in my life! If you’re down near pigeon forge or Gatlinburg i would definitely stop in for some good food and great service

WOW! We were looking for a replacement for Chapman's since it shut down and I wish we would have known about Mamma Mia's sooner. My family tried several dishes from the menu and everything was delicious. My personal favorite was the lobster ravioli while my wife raved about the gyro platter however everything else was so good in it's own way. We also loved the inviting atmosphere and the owners/staff made you feel like family. We've found our new favorite Italian restaurant at Mamma Mia's.
Just moved to the area a few months ago so we decided to try it. Staff is always pleasant the owner is always there he's super friendly. He recommended the garlic knots which are homemade oh & they're to die for!!!! Try it all I can't recommend 1 specific dish since they're all amazing from pizza to pasta dishes, calzones, strombolis, & subs. We've tried them all and it's all great. Good prices and servings.
