Very good food. Went with group of people from the Pigeon River club. 5 people got there first and didn't know other 5 was coming. So when other 5 showed up they was nice enough to move us to there large table where we all could set together. And the meals was not to expensive. Good place.
Stopped in for a quick lunch & got friendly, immediate service out on the patio. Chips & salsa were great as were our meals that came out super fast. I got a meal with grilled chicken, pineapple, cheese, & rice & it was out of this world yummy. Husband enjoyed his Burrito Mexicano with beef tips as well. Highly recommend these folks!
Hubby and I stopped by after a long day of travelling. I asked if they could make me a burrito bowl, even though it wasn’t on the menu (it’s easier for me to eat than a wrapped burrito). He asked how I would like it and happily obliged! This is the first Mexican restaurant who actually said they would be willing to make something that wasn’t on the menu…I was instantly impressed! Then the food came, it was hot and delicious! The waiter/co-owner was very sweet and genuinely cared about our satisfaction….we will DEFINITELY be back!
We were seated fast, got chips and salsa immediately. We were almost done eating those before anyone came to ask us for drink order, then the same for food order. My husband got chicken enchiladas. He said they were good. I got beef enchiladas and a taco, taco was good, enchiladas were ok, I only ate a few bites, was disappointed ? Staff was friendly, just slow to our table, the other tables seemed to be getting quicker service.
First time to try and it was amazing. The service was excellent, the atmosphere is beautiful (artwork on the furniture and walls is awesome). The food was delicious and not overpriced. Will definitely try again.

Best Mexican Restaurant in town by far! If you love Nachos, get the La Carreta Nachos, you will not be disappointed, I promise!
We have a meal here three to four times a month and I can't say I've ever had a bad dish served to me. The fajitas are absolutely fantastic. The roast pork tacos are addictive. My wife loves the chimichangas and quesadillas and we both like the top shelf margarita! Prices are very fair, service is excellent, and Everyone is always upbeat and friendly. Love the outdoor patio in the spring and fall! You simply can't go wrong here.
Good Mexican Food is hard to come by in Tennessee. I wandered in out of convenience and I'm glad I did. Excellent service, excellent atmosphere, and excellent food. Definitely will return.
